I frequent the Cranston location as the staff here are always wonderful. Megan, the branch manager, is always pleasant and extremely helpful whenever I have special needs. I went in with my boyfriend to fill out an application for a secured credit card and she personally walked us through the process step by step. She even followed up with a couple of calls to give me status reports as she got notifications of approval. The tellers there are always sweet and smiling, chatting with me about different things. The tellers make a personal connection with me every time my boyfriend and I come in. They even give my dog treats in the drive-thru when she is with me on my errands. RFCU had a branch in Mansfield, and soon had branches in neighboring towns. Free checking, friendly tellers, free coin machine and redemption, and they're on the SUM network which means I'm never far from an ATM. I've only ever had one or two minor issues and they were handled promptly by tellers or customer service folks via phone. PS- They have real humans answering their phones!
