I didn't have pictures nothing and she gave me a really good haircut. Really took a lot of hair off and she also colored it. I was happy with the color. It's a beautiful salon. There are not a lot of great looking salons in the desert but she just opened after this remodel and it is really gorgeous. It's in Palm Desert kind of in the middle of everything so it's a good location. It was a lot more expensive than I usually spend for my hair, but I was happy with the result. Hair Cut was $120 but she took a lot of hair off and next time she said it would be $50 and more of a trim. The single process color for my roots was $120, plus $100 for a shine product to cover my ends so the total with tip was $362. Expensive yes! Will I return, definitely! Gotta look good ha.

My hair is not the easiest to cut - let's just say there's less of it than there was the month before and the month before that and so on. Previously when I have frequented the chain hair stores, I get a pretty generic cut. However, Claudia takes her time, always uses a combination of scissors and clippers and somehow manages to make my hair look decent coming straight out of the chair. All of this plus she's super nice and only charges $12 for a regular men's cut. Guys, if you do go, take my advice and ask for Claudia and tip generously:)

Very disappointing, won't be returning to this location for Brazilians anymore Also to add- if you want to get a butt strip it's an extra $10 (which I've read Brazilians include everything from front to back???) and now if you want the "upper thigh" (which is actually bikini line) area hair removed it's ANOTHER extra charge, which during the wax I wasn't asked if I wanted the extra visible hair removed.

He should already be there. By the time he had his breakfast and coffee, I had been waiting for 20 minutes. By the time he got my color finished, he started. And the whole time he's talking and talking and then, he started talking about his political views. I almost got up and left. He does my color and cut all the while he keeps talking. When we're finished, my hair is red (I have blonde hair)! The cut was horrible! I got into my car and looked in the mirror. I was shocked.
