We are very happy with our experience with Santa's Lights! We were hoping to have our backyard lights installed in time for a family event, and they were able to get us scheduled quickly, which we really appreciated. The installation turned out beautiful, and we absolutely love the warm, inviting ambiance the lights have added to our backyard. There was an issue during the installation involving some damage to one of our sago palms, which was very important to us. Once we brought it to management's attention, they went above and beyond to address our concerns and make things right. We really appreciated how seriously they took the situation and the effort they made to repair the professional relationship. They also followed up with us a few days after the installation to make sure we were still happy with the lights and the overall experience. That level of customer service really stood out to us. We're so happy with how everything looks and would definitely recommend Santa's Lights! read more

We've looked at a number of custom light options from Costco and host of others for a few months. Interestingly we came across Santa's Lights and talked with Clark to learn more. Exceptional service, timely installation and a simple user interface for an IPhone any other provider to manage color combo's and scheduling turn on/off. I will add, these are more than Christmas lights, great for any holiday or occasion! Just today a neighbor came by and impressed by the set up for Halloween. Purple and Orange looks great!! Excellent service! Very friendly and professional. I'm pretty nitpicking when it comes to stuff like this and they did an awesome job. The install was very clean and they even did a bit of custom work to account for my roofline gables that didn't have an overhang. Looks awesome at night and unnoticeable during the day. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a permanent light install. read more

Clark was easy to communicate with and took time to discuss the lighting and design. After we concluded on a design and quote, Landon, Kegan, and Carlos came out and installed the lights quickly and cleanly. Is it expensive? Yes. But it is a luxury to have someone put up lights, take it down, troubleshoot, and store it for me. read more

I chose them because they had clear pictures of where they would install lights, the offer was sent for review and to accept over convenient web site which also described all that is included. They offer system was the best and the most professional and easy to use. Also, they had a lights solution that I have not seen elsewhere, and it looked like what we wanted. They offered 4 looks, and all were for the same price. This is the first time I got lights professionally installed. I researched from different sites and seems folks work over phone calls and SMS's in this business the best. I sent them pictures of my house and they sent back the same pictures where it was drawn where they would put the lights exactly. It was very clear and that was so nice. They came in a few days and they didn't even need us to be present and got all done with ease. All system just work. Made a payment over online tool later and it was convenient, too. read more

I've been with Santa's lights for a few years and the pricing has always been high, but this year it's truly insane. We have a single story house with about 30 feet of lights to put up. The price this year was $1200. It takes Clark and his people about 10 minutes to put up the lights and 10 minutes to take them down. Additionally, Clark is extremely pushy about putting your lights up as soon as possible (sometimes wanting to do them as early as September). This is even with the insane pricing and an agreed upon date. I'd rather have no lights than deal with the premium pricing and hassle of having to tell Clark, "No, you're going to put the lights up on the agreed upon date ". Minus more stars because the rest of the year you'll get text messages saying Santa wants to clean your gutters. You're paying to be on their spam text list. I'm done. They get a second star because the lights do get put up and taken down. read more

Better than I could have ever expected I hired Santa's Lights to install permanent lights on my house. Permanent lights have grown in popularity recently and I wanted to make sure I had professionals put them up rather than a DIY project. The lights: Santa's Lights uses Minleon for their permanent lights. I was not familiar with this brand at first, especially because you don't see this brand in all the stores like other more well known brands. But after reading up a bit on Minleon, I learned how they well renowned in commercial lighting. They're known for their high quality, and durability, and their permanent lighting is no exception. The colors pop, they are extremely bright, and the app allows for a full spectrum of color options. They're beautiful. The work: The work that Santa's Lights completed was fantastic. First off, they were very extremely efficient. Second, the quality of their work was great. The lights are put up in perfectly straight lines, they are securely fastened, and they point the lights in the direction that best suits your house (mine are pointing down). Also, their quality assurance and warranty puts me at ease if something were to happen. They definitely put a lot of detail into their work and it shows from the results. Overall: I 100% recommend Santa's Lights. I had high expectations and they definitely exceeded those expectations. I've even had neighbors ask me about the lights because they were also impressed with the lights and craftsmanship. There are a lot of DIY brands floating around everywhere, but I encourage everyone to check out Santa's Lights for your long term permanent light solution. read more

These guys did an amazing job on the Christmas lights for my 2 story home! I contacted Santa's Lights and explained where I wanted the lights. they text me right back with a quote which included the lights, install, and removal at end of season. I signed up with them and they arrived a week later. The crew were really nice guys and very experienced with ladders. There were quite a few of them climbing around my home. Within 30 min they were finished installing all the lights and left without leaving a mess. Christmas came and passed and they removed the lights for me a little after the 1st of Jan. Overall, the experience with Santa's lights was excellent. They really care about their customers and do a very clean job on installing lights. The lights themselves seem good duty and I look forward to having Santa's Lights back this upcoming December! read more

My kids have been begging to have lights on the outside of our house to celebrate Christmas and New Years! I finally gave in and decided to brighten up our house which helped given the emotional year the nation has gone through. I would have installed the lights myself but the height and stepping on my roof bother me. I called several lighting businesses for quotes. Some did not get back to me and some quoted 20% higher. Santa's Light workers were friendly, on-time, and finished my two story house in about an hour. Santa's Lights guarantee their work and lights for five years. They even uninstall and store the lights for the next year. Cost for installation and lights were due at the time of install and another payment for uninstallation and storage is due in January. read more

For two years in a row, this company has arrived at my neighbor's house in the morning; fully blocked my driveway with their truck, large ramp, and equipment; and then been extremely slow and dismissive when I let them know that I needed to back my car out. Today, I had to ask them twice to move their equipment. I can't speak to their professionalism beyond these encounters. However, how you do anything is how you do everything. read more

Wow, these guys knocked my socks off! My family was so impressed when they thought we did our lights ourselves (lol, I had to fess up). They were still impressed when we told them we hired Santa's lights - because they look that good! Rates seemed high at first but when you consider the full package it's a steal! They remove and store the lights (which you buy) for you every year. Super friendly and responsive. I asked for a minor adjustment and they were very accommodating. Would highly recommend. read more

Santa's Lights was very efficient and timely completing the project for my house. The experience I had with other businesses providing the same service did not compare. I called or messaged several other similar businesses and received very little follow through or had no response. Clark the owner of Santa's Lights was quick to respond and I was pleasantly surprised at the ease with which he laid out a plan, provided pricing and scheduled a timely appointment to complete the project. Pricing was we competitive and clearly explained. The whole experience was made effortless from getting an estimate, to scheduling, to settling the costs. This business is awesome! Put up with me sending multiple pictures and being indecisive, changing my mind on the arrangement of lights. Showed up with a crew and completed the work quickly. The attention to detail was great, in fact they were about to leave and were all packed up until they noticed a light pointing in an off direction. They unpacked and fixed it. This is a very high two story house btw. Best of all, the lights withstood our crazy winds and storms we had this year! All in all, great service, great crew, and I have already recommended to all the neighbors and folks I work with. I look forward to having them install again for 2023! read more
