Dr. MacNeal and his staff, Allison, Misty, Bonnie, Jordyn, Allyson, and Brianna are awesome. I had an aggressive squamous skin cancer on my hand. I'm 70, so I'm no stranger to doctors. I can tell you it would be hard to find such a thoughtful, caring surgeon and staff all in one! They answered all of my concerns and are patience. Allison greets you at the front deck like your family, but she is professional. The rest of the staff as mentioned, treats you with respect and compassion. It is very stressful to have a prognosis of cancer, but a caring and concerned surgeon and staff can make all the difference, believe me. Thank you all for the care I continue to receive. Respectfully, Jennifer P.S. A special note to Bonnie who was so sweet on my first meeting and Misty, for all the heartfelt concern during my surgery who eased my stress (Best Hug that Day). Jordyn too for all my after care, another sweet lady. All of the staff as I mentioned are awesome but I had lots of one on one care with Misty, Jordyn, and Bonnie. Thank you

I was given a Corvid test put in a room to wait for results and to be seen by the doctor. The lady doctor said I did have Corvid and I would need to stay home for five days and use over the counter medication. I would have gotten medication for these systems I was experiencing in the past, but because I had Corvid I should go home and fight it on my own. Sacred Hearts protocol seems to be more important to some doctors than treating the sick. I asked this doctor if she prescribed Ivermectin and that answer was no. My Grandson and my Son's mother in law and several others were treated with Ivermectin and recover in a few days. I went home and called Pro Health Medical Clinic in Pensacola and was given the help I needed. I picked up the Ivermectin and three other drugs to help me get over the Corvid. After five days with fever, chills, body aches and upset stomach I am into day two taking the medications and my temperature is normal this morning and I am feeling better. Thank you Pro Health Medical Clinic. I will never again use Sacred Heart Urgent Care Center in Pace.

However, I'd like to give a few specific "thank you'" to those I've dealt with personally. I might as well start at the front desk. I look forward to seeing Kassie Plowman every visit. Every appointment I am greeted with a welcoming smile and hello. The check in process is so easy. Thank you from my heart to Pearlas Sanborn. Each therapy session with Pearlas Sanborn has been successful. The various exercises, dry needling and continued support is absolutely outstanding. Pearlas explains every procedure with great attention to the details. This has been so helpful to my recovery. She allows me the time to explain my every concern and then immediately leads me forward. She listens and understands when frustration happens, while trying to attain the fullness of therapy. Also she is always encouraging me and giving me hope that I will get back to the way I was before this surgery. I actually believe I'll be even better. Thank you my wonderful Pearlas. Thank you for helping me to push to my limits! Always moving forward. I know having you in my corner I am going to have full range of motion. I'll be better than I ever was before surgery. Also, with you leading most of my therapy sessions I can see my future, and my future is going to be sublime. You have a depth that gives me strength Pearlas. There isn't enough words to thank you properly dear lady. Thank you Brad Counts for your part in this process. It's a joy when I had you leading my therapy. Even through pushing myself to the limits you can manage to make it pleasurable. It's a blessing to have you to see me through my entire exercise program until it is completed for the day. You are always dependable and you show your support through your every action and interaction with us patients. Receiving physical therapy treatments is work, however you make all the hard work worth while. Thank you my sweet Asia Cravens. My dear you have a very "Blessed" countenance and it puts me at ease upon every visit. That includes even when you are just passing by and say hello. Your encouraging words have helped keep me going. I truly know that returning weekly I am getting stronger. Thank you Shelley Hodges for the time I spent with you. I realize it was only once however it showed me just how much I had already learned from previous appointments. You were thorough in conducting an exercise program that kept me on track. Every motion has increased my mobility. Thank you Katelin Reed. The dry needling you preformed was nothing short of marvelous. That coupled with stretching my thigh muscles has given me greatly flexibility. Thank you for teaching me about massaging the scar tissue area also. It still proves helpful today. That is something I'll continue for a lifetime. You accessed and then approached treatment specific to my needs. Katelin, with your genuine concern and care I have been able to continue my physical therapy with joy. Thank you Kevin Chobert. Sir, you are an amazing therapist. You targeted my back pain locations so precisely, that when you helped lead in dry needling, I was totally healed from the enormous pain in my back. You Sir, are a God send. Your delightful personality is also so welcoming. You have made what can be so hard and painful....become easier and very productive. Thank you for allowing me to express the pains and frustrations with your feedback of comfort, instruction and ease of mind. I adore you and Brad's sense of humor and interactions. It makes it delightful to be there. Knowing we are already in recovery, are already successful , and are moving forward at a pace I can follow. No rushing. Thank you. Thank you Justin Young. Although we haven't had a physical therapy appointment together, I was able to witness first hand your interaction with Pearlas Sanborn as a co worker. You helped assist her with correctly applying the band to pull my leg for stretches. Thank you for the support. READ PHOTOS
