We had reservations, grabbed a seat at the bar while we waited, & were pleasantly surprised when they seated us in a private dining room. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our anniversary feel even more special. A lot has changed since my last visit, especially the seating arrangement, but one thing that hasn't changed is the outstanding service. It was A1. The gauchos kept the meats coming nonstop... honestly, they were still stopping by even when our cards were flipped to red, & I wasn't mad at it one bit! The salad area has always been my favorite part, & it did not disappoint. Everything was fresh, well-stocked, & constantly being replenished despite how packed the restaurant was. The lamb was absolutely delicious... honestly, every cut of meat we tried was. My advice? Show up with an empty stomach because the food just keeps coming. Also, for first-time visitors, you can't take leftover food home, only dessert. One thing I appreciated was the manager stopping by our table to personally check on us, making sure everything was going well & asking if we needed anything. I always love when management is present & genuinely engaged with their guests. One helpful tip: you're welcome to bring your own wine (up to two bottles), but there is a corkage fee. Overall, we had an amazing anniversary dinner, & we'll definitely be back.

Review Title: Disappointing Service and Severe Logistical Failures for a 25-Person Celebration…read moreI hosted my grandmother's 80th birthday dinner here last night with a party of 25 people ($58/person), and the evening was ruined by a clear lack of organizational and logistical preparation. We booked this reservation a month in advance, giving management plenty of time to adequately prepare for a group of our size. Despite that lead time, the execution was fundamentally flawed: * Dismissive & Irritated Staff: Two of the carvers visibly showed their frustration whenever our table requested more meat. They appeared exasperated and annoyed simply doing their primary job function, which made our guests feel like a burden rather than paying customers celebrating a milestone event. * Severe Meat Distribution Issues: Our party was split across two long tables--one near the entry/carver path and one further back. The carvers consistently served the first table first, leaving little to no cut-crust pieces remaining by the time they reached the second table. At one point, our second table waited 25 minutes without receiving any meat, and coveted cuts like the picanha didn't reach them until 1 hour and 15 minutes into the meal. Bleeding off over an hour of service like this becomes outright absurd when paired with the restaurant's strict 2-hour dining limit, effectively depriving our guests of the full meal and time they paid for. * Zero Management Accountability: My mother brought these exact issues to management's attention very early into our meal, hoping they would adjust the flow. Instead, the response was a curt, dismissive apology. It was clear customer satisfaction was not a priority--it felt as though the manager's only interest was rushing us through our allotted time and getting us to settle the check rather than fixing obvious service flaws or offering even a small gesture like a birthday dessert. For a group bill well exceeding $1,400 before tax and tip, the level of organization, hospitality, and management resolution was deeply disappointing. We will not be returning for future family events.
