The apartment itself is decent, and the grounds are semi-clean, but the people who live here are making it look like a real-life video game. Sadly, I had to roll the dice and move here 2-months ago without doing my research. My daughter is basically going to be a lawn ornament, no outdoor playtime for her. I recently moved to the area for work and it was extremely difficult finding a decent place, especially in this area. After looking for some time, I was feeling discouraged. However, I happen to come across this place by chance and I am so glad I did. Just by driving in you can tell the complex is well maintained. It was clean and looked like a brand new building. I did not have an appointment, however once I walked through the door I was greeted by Laci. By this time I have toured now 5 apartments and this was my 6th place. this was the only place that made me feel like they actually wanted me to move in, rather then obligated to give me any information like other apartments I looked at. Laci greeted me with a genuine hello and smile. She introduced herself and shook my hand. I was already sold at that moment. Even if the apartment she toured me was not great (WHICH IT WAS) I still would have chosen this place. The entire staff is lovely to deal with. You can tell they genuinely care about their residents, community and truly love their job. This was evident as we walked to the apartment as every maintenance staff member we walked by greeted us with a smile and said hello as well. My apartment is amazing and I am glad I found this place. I would like to say that maintenance is fast at fixing things (which I am certain they are!), BUT there hasn't been ANYTHING that needed to be fixed or repaired since I moved in, it is perfect!-- I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Yes, it cost money to break a lease (they tell you this and go over it when doing a contract) it's pretty standard. Yes, it's a little more to live here, but if your safety and your loved ones safety is worth saving $100-$150 then go live in those other parts of town.
