The reply stated attempts were made to contact me, but all communication I received was by email, and I responded within the requested timeframe. We were ultimately approved for early lease termination instead of remaining housed while the issue was resolved. Jennifer Martinez property mgr of the Village senior apartments in Hesperia. Doing business out of this office under the business name of Salon Diva. She knew this was the case when I asked her how I would be notified when an apt was ready for me to move in.. I didn't take the call because I don't know anyone at a SALON DIVA! I waited over 7 months to move in and either called her or stopped in constantly to see where I was on the waiting list! She took my deposit and said I missed her (FAKE) call and would have to re apply and put down another deposit. I also asked her for her bosses name and number with no reply from her!

These apartments are falsely advertised as "luxury," but there's absolutely nothing luxurious about them. They're just standard apartments with outrageous prices. The initial rent may seem fair, but they'll hike it up by hundreds or even thousands of dollars after your first lease. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
