Jennifer Martinez property mgr of the Village senior apartments in Hesperia. Doing business out of this office under the business name of Salon Diva. She knew this was the case when I asked her how I would be notified when an apt was ready for me to move in.. I didn't take the call because I don't know anyone at a SALON DIVA! I waited over 7 months to move in and either called her or stopped in constantly to see where I was on the waiting list! All types of hidden fees, They will make you replace any little thing that is broken with a 3 day warning ( they have to fix it, not you ) overall a shitty place to live and way over priced. The rent will go up every year ( the max California law allows ) , they will forget about things you need fixed unless you blow them up about it. If you smoke, get ready to be harrassed about it all the time. Parking sucks , and they will put stickers on your visitors cars on their first visit. If you can afford to live here then you can afford a house. They give HOA vibes. Not worth it at all. Youve been warned. Lived here 4 years, $ 2,600+ deposit , only got $200 back. The security guard for the area lives onsite which gives me extra peace of mind as a single mom.
