What you will find here is a beautiful restaurant, delicious food (perfectly cooked and presented), and a hostess who makes you feel like a guest in her own home. But I would, without hesitation, describe this restaurant as Michelin would with a third star: it is totally worth a trip to Maderno just to come to this restaurant.
