I saw an advert on the Gumtree about a free hair cut at
SANRIZZ by the students. I sent an email and got a reply confirming the
appointment at 3.45 pm on 11 Oct 2012. I got there one hour early so i decided
to go in, just in case someone was free. I spoke to a girl who said I should come
back at my appointment time, so I came back at 3.40. AN Oriental lady, who said
she was the teacher, apologised and said they wouldn't be able to do the hair
cut. The reason, the appointment was made too late and I should have stayed when
I got there earlier. Excuse me, I was there one hour early and they told me to
come back later on. She also said THE STUDENTS WEREN'T VERY GOOD and it
would take too long for them to cut if they start at 3.45 because there
wasn't enough time. She did offer me a hair cut another day in another salon in
a different part of London, but after this waste of time, I didn't consider.
Some people may say, what would you expect it was free? I do a voluntary work
and I never let people down just because I don't get paid for it. It is about principles!
It was the teacher's fault because she clearly doesn't have any idea about how
to manage a business and don't make clear to the students the time they should
book appointments. The communication between them is zero. SANRIZZ reputation
is very bad, and they made no effort to have my hair cut today even thou there
were many hairdressers there. It shows how INEFFICIENT you are and that you DO
NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS at all. The hairdresser salon very close to Harrods
you think the service would be brilliant, but it was a WAST OF TIME. Nowadays,
time is money! read more
