I called them a few weeks after realising I still had the wowcher to redeem and they said they would call me back an hour after which they never did. I called them again today, asking to speak to a manager and the woman said the beauty therapist went to hospital, she was very ill and off for 2 months (not even sure if this is true!). When I asked if I could book with someone else she said no because her other therapist was fully booked until December. She did not even ask me when I was free and did not bother trying to solve the issue. She said I should get a refund from wowcher which, I know, I really struggle to get. They are extremely unprofessional and very rude on the phone! I have read a lot of negative comments on other sites so I am actually not surprised. Again, I would not go there! I am really disappointed with the way they handled the whole thing.

It's a Ladies Only salon (sorry Gents) but it's clean, bright and modern. Had a quick facial and massage there yesterday and felt so relaxed I wanted to fall asleep. Well done Little Jannah!
