I also went for one of their in-store treatments (only £12.5) and the result is my split ends are gone and my hair feels great. I'm also very happy with my new haircut (which is very unusual). She clearly wasn't qualified to do this style of dying (even though I was informed she was) as she bleached the ends of my hair and left this AWFUL line round my scalp. My experience here was so unpleasant it made me write my first Yelp review in the hopes of saving even one person from having an experience like I did. I had a formal event which I decided to get my hair done for. I booked an appointment and was reassured I was booked with someone who could do the style I was looking for (old Hollywood down-do). On the appointment day I came in with some photos to show the hairdresser (Lilla). Of course I understand it would not look exactly like the photos I brought but hoping for something inspired by them. She worked on my hair for about 30-45 minutes put loads of products in, curling with a straightener, etc.. After it was all said and done only the bottom 1/3 of my hair had any curl at all. The hairdresser told me the curls might loosen "a little" but would go right back if I just twirled them a bit with my finger, great- no problem, I thought. When I got home the hair-do had COMPLETELY FALLEN OUT. Barely any waves at all, let alone curls. I attempted to twirl like she said to no avail. I called to let them know this had happened and she reminded me to twirl. I explained that didn't help. She suggested coming back so she could try and fix it but at this point I did not have time. £42 later and I end up trying to salvage a hair-do myself for this formal event. I went in later that weekend to speak to a manager. He was not very apologetic and blamed it on my hair being too long. However, conveniently, a friend of mine had her hair done similarly by the same hairdresser earlier that afternoon for this event and the exact same thing happened to her. And she has shoulder length hair. The manager said he would speak to Lilla and get back to me with a suggestion of a solution. I never heard from him...

Very clean tidy salon…read more I spoke to the owner about the Not Turning up and late cancelation of appointments policy as I had read the review below.He explained that they check the clients record card on the computer that has an automatic record of cancelation. A charge is only requested if a client is routinely cancelling late or not turning up. I would strongly recommend this salon
