The practice itself is inviting, there is a generous car park, inside its clean with a huge waiting room and a pharmacy attached so there is no need to go somewhere else to get prescriptions. The receptionists are lovely and helpful and when I had to have a blood test the nurse was really sweet and friendly. The reason it was frustrating was because getting appointments can be tricky, sometimes nearly a two week wait and doctors don't seem to stay there that long so you end up having to see someone different each time
