I hired them to clean a couple days after I moved into my new home. House was completely empty, but had a lot of dust, dog hair, and cob webs all over. I asked that they come over one day to give me an estimate. After a couple estimates, I saw they were the cheaper choice. I called them up and told them to come over one day of the weekend to clean the entire house focusing on dusting considering I am allergic to dust. I know you are supposed to stay while getting work done on your house to supervise the job, but i had to go to work and I felt I could trust these people. Little did I know. Shame on me. I left them the money on the kitchen counter top. They told me they were going to have a third person come help clean. So I put extra tip for the third person. When I got home, I realized the kitchen wasn't cleaned at all. All they did was the floors in the main level. In the basement, nothing was done. And the only "work" done was my master bed room because I was still home during that time and I checked up on them which I saw they were on a ladder dusting from the ceiling down. Needless to say, I got robbed. They pretty much only cleaned 1 room and 1 bathroom. They are a waste of money. Do not give them your money. You have been warned. So after all this, I still had to take the vacuum and clean every room from corner to corner, top to bottom, to get rid of dust and cob webs because they did not clean them when I told them specifically too. Also, they answered the door when someone (previous crazy owner) came by to ask if I was home, then asked for my number to talk to me. The cleaning people didn't even contact me about this. They just gave him my number. So when he contacted me, I asked him how he got my cell number, he said the cleaners gave it to him. I contacted the cleaners and asked if someone came by the house while we were gone and they said yes, some guy was looking for you so I gave him your number. That was the last straw. I am furious with this husband and wife cleaning duo who are really just thieves. First off, they didn't deserve the money to clean to one room and one bathroom. Second off, they gave out my personal information to a stranger. If I just moved into the area, and a stranger is asking for my number, wouldn't you find that the least bit suspicious?!? No one knows me in this town! They even had the audacity to call me a couple days later and asked how I liked their job. What job? You just robbed me. Guess that's my welcome into a new town.
