She is very thorough and I love that they work with the Mayo Clinic so you get top-notch care on every aspect of your health I've never sat more than 15 minutes in the waiting area. And when you get to check out, they are super helpful and help you set up your next appointment. I know there could be a waiting list to get in the Mayo Clinic primary care, but I highly suggest getting on that waiting list because it's the best type of car I've ever had in my entire life

I was able to check in for my appointment for a blood draw to be followed by an x-ray. I didn't get to sit three minutes and I was called for the blood draw lol. I was not by such a lovely woman who listened when I said I bruise easily and used a butterfly draw to make it easier. Just a prick. Seamless and quick then I walked out to check in for the x-ray where the experience was similar. I hope I can come to this facility again for some future things like mammograms, x-rays, and bloodwork. I would like to permanently break up with Labcorp. Employees here have all been free, friendly and helpful. The quality of care so far has been excellent.

I'm sorry I meant to say ablation. I had quite a few ablations at your office over a period of…read moreprobably 3 to maybe 4 years, Covid occurred and slowed up treatment. I got to know your office, your wonderful employees and some of your opinions quite well. In the time that I took to write a response to you. I spoke with a few friends, who had terrible varicose veins, and had come to see you. Do you know they had less work done than I did! Me a person who had no varicose veins, but far superior insurance to my friends. That blows my mind. They were a little surprised about much work you had done on someone who just wanted to get rid of spider veins. Now you mention ulterior motive, I guess I do have an ulterior motive and that ulterior motive is I DO NOT want anybody else to get ablation work done without knowing that there are sometimes negative results. Do you research and dig deep, a lot of the online information is not always up-to-date...Get a few opinions. Had I known that my desire to get rid of spider veins may result in foot issues or circulatory issues later I never would've done this. Or allowed as many oblations as were done. When I published this post, and I meant to take out the information about your tacky political commercials, my mistake, I apologize but you're a Doctor! you took a Hippocratic oath to do no harm, as was your slogan ...real turn off. I like my Doctors a display empathy and do no harm, Medical Professionals should enrich their communities not ride the current bandwagon of harm politics.

This entire time in quarantine, I've been telling my kiddo please don't jump off tables, chairs,…read morestairs, you get the drift. I mean normally I'd tell him that, but with a global pandemic going on, I really didn't want to make a trip to the ER. Friday we were going to go to the beach, but he opted to spin, then hit his head. After a call and picture sent to a teladoc, we were instructed to call our pediatrician to see if they do stitches (newsflash, they don't). So we had two options, either take him to an oncall place or we could go to the ER. We wound up going to the Wolfson's ER near the Town Center. I checked on the website on the way down there that there was only a six minute wait. Surely, that wasn't the case, because when arrived, the entire parking lot was jam packed. We put on our masks, walked in, where a woman greeted us in a mask and took our temperatures. She asked what we were here for and we told her most likely stitches. I went to the front desk and checked in. Everything was done electronically on an ipad, but the woman at the desk was nice and disinfected the tablet prior to me using it. She said they were only allowing one parent per child, we could wait in the waiting room, but once they called us back, one of us would have to go out to the car or stand outside. We waited no more than two minutes to be called back. It was game time. My sweet baby boy had a boo boo and I wanted to be the one to comfort him. Guess what? When we asked who he wanted to go back with him, he said daddy. Insert broken heart here. I wound up tearing up, telling him to be brave, and to call me if he needed anything. Forty-five minutes later he was patched up, with four stitches, a toy the nurse gave him, and a promise from daddy that he'd get a dinosaur toy. Pros: -Staff was super nice -Efficiency of office -Cleanliness of waiting room -Ability to make a scared kid feel somewhat OK Cons: -My ability to take things personally Tips: Remember one parent per child during COVID
