This is WAY more than just a pharmacy. This is a great little gem for finding unique gifts and rare items. I came here specifically to find little Seed Farm deodorant - my sister uses it and told me about it. She loves it. Anyway- this place reminds me of a Cracker Barrel store (smaller scale) with the wonderful products they sell. Baby shower, birthday, house warming, bridal party: they've got nice gift choices. They have toys, clothes, jewelry, health goods and supplements an ARRAY of CBD stuff, essential oils and skin care galore. Plus they fill prescriptions!! Might hurt your wallet to wait for your prescription to be filled. They have great stuff. read more

Very poor communication with medication refills. I have had several instances where I confirmed a pick up time and date on the phone , only to arrive and find that it is not ready or they do not have my medication in stock. Standard reply is "I don't know who you spoke to but they were wrong" I love supporting small business but if you have medication that is necessary and you cannot miss dosages, this is not the place for you. read more

On this Thank You Thursday I have to give a shout out to Sango Pharmacy. I am madly in love with this neighborhood "one stop" pharmacy. I was immediately greeted and offered a tour of the products. I was amazed at the personal service. The staff was so friendly and helpful, they even knew their regulars by name. Immunization, home delivery, medical supplies, cute novelty items, clothing, and health and wellness products that are free of toxic chemicals. I tested a few with my sensitive nose and did not get the urge to sneeze or cough once. Parabens and chemicals make me itch. I wanted something to help build my family's immune system during cold, flu, and this upcoming holiday season. As recommend by staff I decided to pick up a bag of Organic Elderbery Kit and Clover Local Honey. So far it seems effective. We love this pharmacy! They have all our RX's ready for us when they are scheduled for refill. They send us a text message to let us know they are ready for pickup. I really liked this place. It was like a mix between Tree of Life and the Vitamin Shoppe. They offer quality a good healthy selection of things. I wasn't sure what to expect some it's labeled as a pharmacy, which is there, but in the back as they use the front ad a mini store. I also really like this place because they carry The Macro Kitchen. I need to reup on my protein balls and the Sango Pharmacy has plenty along with Simple Kitchen meals. read more

Not only is this charming, cozy pharmacy full of unique gifts and healthy products, their service is impeccable! None of the giant chains could get my son's prescription for 6- 8 weeks! I turned in desperation to this little place and Catherine immediately ordered it and had it shipped overnight at no charge. Then, considering the difficulty I'd had and being sympathetic to my horror toward a 5 day school break w an unmedicated severe adhd 7 year old, she called me before the next refill was due to ensure she had it ordered in time for the Thanksgiving holiday. It' not just a pharmacy! This is the best kept secret in Clarksville. They carry so many wonderful products that you'd typically have to order online or go to Nashville. Huge selection of DoTerra! Wonderful unique gifts! Local yet quality soaps, lotions and other great products. DIY section if you are looking for supplies. I can't say enough about this new find! The pharmacist was incredibly knowledgeable and spent time with me when I had questions - staff is all very nice and helpful! This is not the place I heard about from my neighbors. I was expecting to walk in to a welcoming and friendly environment and instead I was absolutely appalled. When I first walked I didn't even think anyone was there. No one said anything to me until finally I went up to one of the windows to ask how much something was and the lady looked at me and said "Ummm... I don't know. Let me ask." So finally another girl came up to me after about ten minutes and told me the price and that was it. She never asked if I needed help with anything else or how I was doing. I was very disappointed with a small business like this that people told me was such a great place. Then, I was quietly looking around and all of a sudden the employees behind the wall started yelling, cussing, and cracking up. To top it all off I did find one thing that I really wanted so I was ready to check out. Well no one came to the register at any point in time so finally after about 15 minutes of just listening to the ladies talking away I finally yelled that I was ready to check out. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. If you do not believe me just go in there for yourself. They have horrible customer service and no regard for professionalism. I will not be doing any such business at Sango Pharmacy. read more
