My Cadillac SRX had to be Towed for service due to some "malfunction" on July 6, 2019, Saturday. Given the location of my residence, I Graciously chose THIS Failure of a " Certified Cadillac " dealer/service to work on & Fully Repair my Cadillac to "Certified" Standards. As of This posting, this Pathetic establishment STILL Has my vehicle, YET to be Repaired. Something which BEGAN as "replacing the starter", has most recently morphed into "need to replace the Radiator". My First complaint is the FAILURE of Communication the inept staff are capable of. Not just Making a call or sending a text to a Cash Paying CUSTOMER, but they can't Handle Receiving calls. The shop MANAGER LIED 3 Times (All calls are Recorded for Accuracy & Posterity) regarding the Availability of a Radiator, these are the Lies we KNOW of! The General "Manager" is as Useless & Inept as the Service manager. As your Titled Company position, sir, the buck DOES STOP WITH YOU! Hanging UP on a Cash Paying customer does Not sit well, apparently that is your "policy & procedure" as hanging up on me mid-sentence by both Service & "general" "managers", when explanations are Demanded & I am extremely Valid in my complaint & concerns. The fact I have paid $1500 on a RENTAL Thus far, falls upon ears that unsuccessfully connect Anything as both these boys have their heads so Far up Each others Ass attempting to Cover, Conceal, LIE & Steal! I Will NEVER EVER refer ANYONE to Utilize even the TRASH CANS here!!! Craziest part, I was Borderline of simply Trading Up, or "Upgrading" WITH these boys, my car IS paid Off, but it'll be a COLD DAY IH before Anyone here makes Anything off myself or Family henceforth. ! The ONLY Reason 1 star is applied, is due ONLY to requirements & the Fact a NEGATIVE isn't Available! In Summation, DO NO UTILIZE THIS "dealer", for SERVICE or SALES! The More I vocalize, the More feedback I'm receiving that I am NOT the Only CUSTOMER & This is FAR from being an Isolated incident! I'm posting my Personal Experience on MANY PUBLIC Social Media sites (can't have you boys Assuming this would be it).

I would seriously consider investigating any work done at their dealership. Completely PATHETIC. I had my car towed to Jim Taylor Chevrolet in Rayville after it broke down while we were traveling. We made it clear the vehicle had a new transmission recently installed by our hometown Chevy dealership as we were in shock that it was broken down. This was communicated the day we broke down and the FIRST Monday that the service department was called. To continue our family trip, I ended up buying a Tahoe from them and left my broken-down vehicle with their service department. Obviously they were happy to get a sale and we were told their service department is really good at reaching out to other Chevrolet service departments-as they continued to ask the name of our dealership just in case they had any questions on the previous work. The service department at Jim Taylor Chevrolet misdiagnosed the issue twice. The first time we drove 3 hours to retrieve the vehicle, it broke down AGAIN just 30 miles down the road-leaving us stranded on the side of the interstate. The vehicle was towed back to Jim Taylor. After two 6-hour round trips, two failed service visits, and nearly $9,400 later, the car still wasn't fixed as we barely made it home the second time. I took it to my local dealership, where it was properly diagnosed and repaired for only $435. What makes this even worse is that our hometown Chevrolet dealership reached out to Jim Taylor multiple times, providing receipts and clear documentation of the new transmission and certified work already completed- not understanding why they missed/refused to acknowledge the diagnostic history report that every service department is to run that shows all previous work already been done at other Chevrolet dealerships. Our dealership was completely appalled on Jim Taylor's service team refusing to process the repairs under the GM warranty, and their own manager admitted they "don't make as much money on warranty work." Also, Jim Taylor Chevrolet service clerk stated to our hometown dealership that she didn't know to click on the diagnostic that stated transmission work previously done. I don't know if this is their game of playing ignorant or just completely desperate to rip people off. The fact that they lied and said we did not tell them and then ignoring the diagnostic report. We contacted the owner of the dealership directly-no response. Instead, we were met with employees who responded with lies and continued to dodge responsibility. Their behavior was not only unprofessional, but downright unethical. I deeply regret ever trusting them with my vehicle and let alone giving them my business by purchasing a vehicle from them. I deeply feel sorry for the community of Rayville for the manipulative frauds at their Chevrolet dealership, as I didn't either until having to take it to another Chevrolet dealership. I would seriously consider investigating any work done at their dealership.

I asked the car salesperson to confirm because I would be traveling 2 hours to pick up the car and had to leave work early and pay for child care. She assured me yes. When I got there they first pulled out the wrong car for me which is the least of my concerns. Then they told me they were "really busy" and had numerous customers to attend to so I waited and waited. Finally she sat down with me to complete the sale and paperwork. At this point I saw the numbers were much higher than what we had agreed to over the phone both through text and verbal conversations. The manager came over and said he thought my offer of "X" plus trade in meant that I would give him my offer and the amount of my trade in! Why would I pay you for my own car that I'm trading in?! Obviously this was some ridiculous sales tactic and I left without a car and with a bill for gas there and a babysitting fee. Do not recommend!!!

My "son" lives in LA with his fiance. This car dealership is in MS, so already, the sale is rather dicey, and I had to eSign the paperwork. Upon finding my name as BUYER, I ask salesman Riley Freeman why I'm listed as "buyer", and he quickly minimizes the difference between Buyer, CoSigner, Cobuyer, to be "essentially the same." Each state is different, so I accept Riley's explanation. The forms I sign show me as buyer and my "son's" FIANCE as "cobuyer." When I ask why, Riley says, "His credit is better than my "son's" credit, so "no problem." Talking to my "son" during most of this transaction, I was sensing more maturity and responsibility, and he even spoke of visiting me here in FL. (Heart Strings, promises). I made a $1030.00 downpayment AND had the Mitsubishi ADDED to my State Farm Policy in FL. (Later to learn my policy would NOT cover a vehicle in LA. Did NATCHEZ AUTO KNOW THIS? I BELIEVE THEY DID). I received THREE loan denial letters from STELLANTIS, JP MORGAN CHASE, AND EXETER FINANCIAL, each dated 3/11, and Exeter's letter dated 3/21/2025. I was not surprised, but, I called NATCHEZ auto and spoke with Trenton Johnson, the FINANCIAL MANAGER, and he said, "Just disregard those letters..." REALLY??? THEN on 3/27/25, I called my "son" and his fiance to remind them that the NEXT MONTH's State Farm Premium was coming due, and was told by the fiance, that they didn't need my insurance, and then told me to "Go F**K myself." So I asked to speak to my "son." I was told, "He don't want to talk to YOU." and he hung up on me. I have been ghosted since and tried finding out the license tag number by using the VIN, and when I was unsuccessful online, I called Natchez Auto, and Trent told me they had NO RECORD OR TEMPORARY LICENSE PLATE NUMBER for this $23,899.34 vehicle that NATCHEZ AUTO ALLOWED 2 YOUNG MEN to drive off their lot without so much as a DIME OF THEIR OWN INVESTED. I cannot verify WHO, or WHERE this vehicle is registered and licensed, I have NO KEYS to this automobile, and I CANNOT VERIFY IF THIS AUTOMOBILE HAS AN OUNCE OF INSURANCE ON IT. IS THIS THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS IN MISSISSIPPI? I SHOULD HOPE NOT, BUT THERE YOU HAVE IT. ETHICAL, MORAL BUSINESS PRACTICES???? NO WAY! THIS IS KNOWN (I FOUND OUT AFTER THE FACT) AS "The Cosigner Loan Car Dealer Scam", as REPORTED BY autocheatsheet.com. SO MUCH FOR TRYING TO HELP AN IGNORANT INDIGENT SWAMP HILLBILLY IN LOUISIANA, AND TRUSTING A MAJOR MULTI MANUFACTURER AUTO DEALERSHIP LIKE NATCHEZ AUTO.
