I listed all items and paid a large amount upfront for the insurance. Unfortunately the movers broke my dresser, night stand, desk, chest, and tv stand. They also lost 2 pieces of my lovesac couch. According to the insurance company, they won't cover any of my furniture as it is not real wood. This is bull. I asked the rep when I was buying if I'd be covered. I got scammed and lied to and I would never recommend their service again.

Over $4000 in damage was done to my Ethan Allen dining set and $18oo Hammarhof book case by the movers stacking it three levels high, climbing on it, putting a foot through one item, and scratching the rest as they pulled the top items down over the bottom of the pile :( I followed their claims process to the letter, found a reputable, highly regarded furniture repair shop to give an estimate during COVID, got all of my documents in on time including receipts for furniture bought 16 years ago. After all I spent in cash and effort they offered me a check for less than $100, they'd found somone willing do do the repairs for an truly unbelievable cost but I'd have to sign a GAG LETTER. Not worth the $100! My attorney said they'd keep me tied up in reviews for months and in the end I'd signed up and paid for that treatment. I cut my losses but am taking the time to say DON'T do it!
