Then I went to Wright Parkway and I was told I had severe gingivitis, deadly bacteria, and around 12 cavities. I was told similar things about my kids' teeth. I had to pay out of pocket for everything and every visit led to more issues rather than resolution. I wish I had gotten a second opinion after my first visit there. It would have saved me so much heartache and money.

My husband would call over and over to get it fixed just for them to reverse the primary. Then I get a text telling us we have an unpaid balance of $700 shortly after an appointment that we would have paid before leaving the office if we were told. Text speaks for itself. They also threatened to withhold our records until the balance was paid. Also, do not expect any fillings to stay in. I've lost 2, my husband has had 3 appointments in a month period because his kept falling out. My daughter ended up at Aspen to get hers fixed. I'm tired of fighting with a dentist that will accept both insurances and being mistreated. After calling today for an afternoon appointment and repeatedly offered an 8:30, I was told to just come in December. I have never written a bad review for anyone, but this one is deserving. In October of 2019, I took my 5 year old to Dr.Chase for a small cavity in her back molar. They…read moretold me that the best solution is to fill it with silver diamine fluoride and that it would stop the decay and is a no pain solution for kids. I wish I would have researched this better but I went along and trusted that they knew best. Now, mid March of 2020, my child has pain in that same molar. I take her to an emergency dentist (on COVID-19 isolation and went to the closest and best rated dentist that was avail). The cavity WAS NOT stopped and in fact became so bad that it decayed her entire tooth to the point that it might have to be pulled out! $500 later and a TON of pain- her tooth nerve was removed. A crown was put in place but there is only a 50% chance the nerve will heal. If it doesn't heal, it will have to be pulled. This tooth will not grow back in until she is 12 years old. Not only has my sweet girl had to go through all this unnecessary tooth pain but it was something that could have been taken care of from the beginning with a simple filling! This makes me furious, why wouldn't a dentist properly explain the consequences and long term?! I am not a dentist and one should be able to trust that their health care provider is doing the right thing! I will NEVER go here again, I would not advise trusting this practice with your kids teeth. They obviously cut corners!

Every other dentist I called was at least 2 weeks away. Everyone in the office was very friendly to me and my service dog is. No funny looks or rude questions. The tech and Dr Clark listened, which is difficult to find. The immediate need was taken care of and I received a referral for the advanced care I needed. I will definitely be back and have found my new dentist in this area.
