Me and my sister went directly to him to purchase a house and the day of the closing we noticed the top of the stove cracked and many scarches on the hard wood floors so we sent him pictures on WhatsApp, he just looked at the pictures and never replied back as if he didn't care and we meant nothing. He promises you one thing then backs out and says he can't do what he said. We went to him thinking he is a very honest realtor, boy we were wrong. Never go to him without your representing realtor because he will mess you up before you even know it. When it comes to his commission he starts calling the sellers a bad names and saying how cheap they are of only paying him 1%. You should not talk shit of the people's homes you are selling. Sometimes I wonder if he pays all these people to say what they say on his videos because that's how I got fooled. Please do yourself a favor and trust your hard-worked money on a true and honest realtor because there are many out there waiting to help you. This was a night mare and I will never go to him or refer anyone to him. Then, please see what he does after seeing this true and honest review: This man Jessi Sandhu has the audacity to call my family member and tell them to tell me to remove my review when in reality he did lie to me and cheat with me. I'm so disappointed that this realtor can stoop down this low. I simply requested discretion when presenting the lease application--something I later confirmed with another licensed real estate agent is entirely standard and ethical in this industry. Ben's reply avoids the core issue, which is that he disclosed private information against my clear instructions and responded with hostility and abusive language when I addressed it. Notably, in his response, he does not deny using the language I described--something that should give any prospective client, especially women, serious pause before deciding to work with him. Now that I've seen how he chooses to handle client concerns, it's clear he was never acting in my best interest.
