PSR Brokerage feels like a second-tier operation in every possible way. From the lackluster…read morecommunication to the underwhelming professionalism, nothing about my experience instilled confidence. It's all surface-level flash with very little follow-through. The agents seem more focused on their personal branding than actually providing top-tier service. There are far better brokerages in Toronto that take their clients and their craft more seriously.

(In fact, I created a Yelp account precisely to sing his praises). As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and needed some help navigating the Toronto market. We appreciated Chris's candor, advice and patience as he walked us through the whole process. Chris's knowledge of the neighbourhood, the market, and real estate trends, combined with his valuable perspective and laid back optimism helped us feel extremely comfortable learning the ropes, and ultimately purchasing a fantastic home. More than anything else, we never felt pressured or that we were being "sold" anything by Chris. He gave us honest feedback and additional details to help us make informed decisions. At no point did we feel like Chris was pushing us into a sale or steering us to make a decision prematurely. Not only did Chris help us find a fabulous, move-in-ready house that we were able to purchase under asking, but he worked tirelessly to maximize our chances of putting in the "winning" offer. No bidding wars; no back-and-forth negotiations; none of the dramatic horror stories that we had read and heard all about! Chris's industry connections were also invaluable in securing many of the other elements required for the transaction to be completed smoothly. We absolutely relied on Chris's network to make the sale happen. From the beginning, Chris explained to us that his top priority was to make his clients happy and help them through what can be a tumultuous process! In that, he succeeded. I would recommend Chris unreservedly to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent who can be counted on to deliver results with integrity and a commitment to good ol' fashioned client service! He is professional, bright, kind and extremely good at his job.
