This photography company was hosting an event today for photos with Santa. Me and my family were so…read moreexcited to go as we have never gotten our kids picture taken with Santa before. The whole thing was dis organized and in my opinion, showed a lack of professionalism. We were first told to take a number to hold our place (waited over an hour) then came back at the directed time, and were then told they weren't going by numbers anymore, and that it'd be another hour or so. And the woman running it didn't seem concerned at all and told us it was free so we shouldn't complain. It's sad because I was looking for a new photographer in the Hudson area since we recently moved but this experience really turned me off. It's sad that it can be hard to find people who appreciate their work and can treat others with dignity and respect.

I highly recommended Cassie to be your event photographer! She does a wide variety of photography…read moreincluding wedding, engagement, family, maternity, infant, and senior photos. Cassie is amazing at what she does!! She asked that I put together a Pinterest board on what I would like my Engagement photos to look like. This included type of poses, lighting, scenery and basically anything else you could think of. Before we met she reviewed my Pinterest board and made sure to capture everything I was wanting. Through out the photo shoot she made sure to ask me if she was capturing the type of photos I wanted as well. She is very good at directing you for all pictures and makes everything very easy. The whole time myself and my fiancé were not stressed and had a good time. My fiancé and I had a couple ideas on what we wanted to capture and she was more then willing to make sure we got what we wanted. The photo session lasted a little over an hour and that included 3 different outfits and 6+ different backgrounds. She captured a ton of great photos and also does great work of photo editing if needed.

However, I wish she did share in advance that 4x6 prints are $37 which adds up quickly when you want photos for the whole family. Prints seem overpriced. My sister got her photos done elsewhere, and the photographer gave her the legal rights to print any photo she pleases for free. The flat rate is $250 which is a steal, but when you add in the cost of the prints, things get pricey.
