From the first day, the trading desk manager had me doing things that I was not licensed to do. Making illegal trades in customers accounts without the authorization of the account holders, giving trading advice to traders over the phone, keeping up historical charts for certain favored traders and making recommendations on trades and market direction when I didn't have a series 3 license to do such tasks. After explaining to the boss' son who requested the help from Chicago that I didn't have a license to perform these tasks and felt that it was wrong to order me to do so and that I didn't want any trouble with the SEC because I wanted to eventually obtain my license... he sent me back to Chicago and stated lies about my work habits, meals that were ordered by me on his account and other slanderous remarks that prompted the Chicago office to relieve me of employment at the company.

I called the office and the older lady was very rude, as if i didn't know I needed to wait 30 days. When getting my deposit back, I was charged $90 for cleaning candle soot off my walls and $240 for re painting the apartment due to candle soot. Any good rental property would clean and paint regardless after someone lived there for five years. I never once sent them a bill or complained for all the shoveling my fiancé did for 5 years so I could get to work on time, the air filters I replaced, the six months my garbage disposal was broke, the month my oven was out of order due to a blown coil, the weeds I sprayed and pulled because they overtake the landscape if you don't, the tall grasses I had to trim in my own because they blocked the entry to my patio, and the rain that flows over the blocked gutters. This is uncalled for and I will be posting several negative reviews to help others. I hope you do not consider this place.

Same with my jammed lock, they unjammed the lock and instead of giving me one that worked, they would just come unjam it every time. My neighbors were noisy and when I called, Kim tells me the neighbor lady "doesnt have a voice." Clearly she did because I heard her and her husband (or boyfriend) arguing every night, all day everyday. Another issue in the summer is bugs because the location is so close to the Lake Erie. Also, if you want to see your security deposit back, don't move in here. They charged me $60 because when I moved out, I left baking soda in the fridge. What a joke! It's work the $60 so I don't have to argue with Kim.
