He expects the tenants to use commonsense. I have 3 different friends that have visited me, and each one moved in. Don't move here if u like to party late. He won't but up with it. Good for him.

It looks very nice from outside, but once you start settling in you find all kind of little things that go wrong. One last thing: he absolutely hates women!!!! Biggest chauvinist ! He always talked down to me like I worth nothing -- horrible. :(!!!!

From the first day, the trading desk manager had me doing things that I was not licensed to do. Making illegal trades in customers accounts without the authorization of the account holders, giving trading advice to traders over the phone, keeping up historical charts for certain favored traders and making recommendations on trades and market direction when I didn't have a series 3 license to do such tasks. After explaining to the boss' son who requested the help from Chicago that I didn't have a license to perform these tasks and felt that it was wrong to order me to do so and that I didn't want any trouble with the SEC because I wanted to eventually obtain my license... he sent me back to Chicago and stated lies about my work habits, meals that were ordered by me on his account and other slanderous remarks that prompted the Chicago office to relieve me of employment at the company.

To fix the problem I contacted them and attempted to have maintenance fix the issues in my apartment. To my dismay, maintenance doesn't know how to properly fix anything. They do the bare minimum and don't properly do anything. The landlord believes her maintenance crews word over yours and there really is no point in attempting to get them to do anything. I would not rent from wt-realty again and I suggest no one does. While the rent is cheap, so are the landlords. Find another place to rent.

When you talk to the supervisor she condones how they behave and refuses to fix how they relate to prospective renters and out of town people looking to move to the area. They expect you to get rid of pets and put things on an application when there isn't a space for it. I wouldn't give them the time of day. This just happened before I posted this. They expect other prospective renters to wait to the last minute before contacting them. They are prejudice against certain breeds of dogs as well. Their website is very misleading. Please don't waste your time. I have 3 witnesses to verify my side while the supervisor claims to be sitting next to whatever representative you speak with.

I called the office and the older lady was very rude, as if i didn't know I needed to wait 30 days. When getting my deposit back, I was charged $90 for cleaning candle soot off my walls and $240 for re painting the apartment due to candle soot. Any good rental property would clean and paint regardless after someone lived there for five years. I never once sent them a bill or complained for all the shoveling my fiancé did for 5 years so I could get to work on time, the air filters I replaced, the six months my garbage disposal was broke, the month my oven was out of order due to a blown coil, the weeds I sprayed and pulled because they overtake the landscape if you don't, the tall grasses I had to trim in my own because they blocked the entry to my patio, and the rain that flows over the blocked gutters. This is uncalled for and I will be posting several negative reviews to help others. I hope you do not consider this place.

My garage door broke twice, and they fixed it but it still came down crooked. To them that was fixed I suppose. Same with my jammed lock, they unjammed the lock and instead of giving me one that worked, they would just come unjam it every time. My neighbors were noisy and when I called, Kim tells me the neighbor lady "doesnt have a voice." Clearly she did because I heard her and her husband (or boyfriend) arguing every night, all day everyday. Another issue in the summer is bugs because the location is so close to the Lake Erie. Also, if you want to see your security deposit back, don't move in here. They charged me $60 because when I moved out, I left baking soda in the fridge. What a joke! It's work the $60 so I don't have to argue with Kim.
