New owners bought the complex under the federal government program where a certain number of "luxury" apartments are set aside for Section 8 renters. Now there are a lot of screaming children. Remodels looks nice but they are using cheap materials so they won't hold up to wear. Service has degraded as well. Grounds used to be well kept but now weeds are all over the landscaping. I could go on but you get the idea. The new owner's business model is "do it cheap". Not a bad place to live if you're just need a roof over your head.
