The back main room was very large and open with a large beautiful water tank on display. I don't have photos because my phone died. I also had tea and it was delicious too. The customer service was great you. The hookah attendants are all men and are very attentive. Great cool environment to chill and have great conversation. The music was good too. They do maximize your space as it gets crowded. If you think you are going to go and lounge around and stretch out you are mistaken. This is a popular night spot. You may end up holding your big purse as opposed to setting it on the seat next to you. The only downside was when we went to pay to was cash only. We do not know that prior to arrival. Not only did I eat but drank and had hookahs. The amount if cash I had on me was not about. I had to leave something of value to walk to the nearest ATM to retrieve cash. Other than that great spot, great management, great customer service. Best hookah spot I attended on my European tour. Looking forward to returning in 2020.

There is a small fitness that seems to be open day and night, also a big plus for people that like to work out late at night. The rooms are spacious, with a kingsize comfortable bed and a large TV. There is a coffee -and tea maker in the room, absolutely a must for me. I haven't tried the food but the prices are okay, you can have room service till 22:30 and you have the choice out of salads, burgers, pizza and pasta from 8€ to 15€. Empty fridge in the room and a candy/snack/drinks vending machine in the hallway, perfect. The neighbourhood is excellent, many nice restaurants and shops, you won't get bored! If I had to find one thing to improve, a magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be great. In the elevator there is stated that there is a mini gym at the first floor but I haven't found it, bummer :-/ Anyway, good place, good prices!

Amazing location, room, breakfast, and M Club…read more We started our recent tour of Christmas Markets in Brussels and were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful and convenient this hotel was. Our room was large by European standards, quite comfortable, and well equipped. And the service at the front desk, the restaurant, and the M Club was quite good. As Titanium guests, the very tasty breakfast was complimentary and the M Club a lovely refuge w/coffee, beverages, and snacks available 24/7 and in the evening alcohol and light bites including fresh waffles (note that the hotel resolved the issue of a previous reviewer and you now need the correct key card access). Old Town is a delightful pedestrian friendly village within Brussels with many wonderful sights, restaurants, shops that we loved to explore...not to mention the Grand Place and Christmas markets. And the Brussels North train station was a short walk away from which we took a very pleasant train ride to Bruges (I heartily recommend both the train and the town). There were always taxis right outside the hotel - one day we visited the Atomium/World's Fair area and on departure we took one to the TGV at Brussels Midi (since we had luggage). All in all we were quite thrilled with our stay at the Marriott Grand Place.

I ordered the Duvel (my favorite Belgium beer) and the meatball special. The dish was AMAZING. I'm not a big fan of meatballs but had to try these. They were perfectly filling yet felt light. Very flavorful but not overly meaty. The sauce was this delicious tomato sauce. It also came with some form of mashed potatoes which were absolute perfection. This ended up being one of my favorite dishes of the trip! You really cannot get any better than this delicious meal, great beer, and fantastic location. I'm excited for my next trip so I can try the other dishes available here and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.
