I had a maybe 2 minute conversation with him, he immediately tried to diagnose my scalp issues as anxiety which i was insistent that it was not, which was later confirmed by my doctor. I was just finally seen by a MUCH BETTER dermatologist who diagnosed my seborrheic dermatitis within a minute. Absolutely ridiculous that it could have been diagnosed way earlier if Brandon McDuffie actually looked at my head for longer than 30 seconds, instead of telling me i have a "normal looking and healthy scalp" which clearly i did not given my diagnoses. It was very obvious that i was unhappy with how the appointment went as i started to cry the second he told me "it was all in my head" which is just a dismissive and rude thing to say to patient, but especially when i can physically feel the dermatitis on my scalp. Not to mention the $340 charge for less than 5 minutes of his time where he attempted to play therapist and completely misdiagnosed me. Never returning, and will definitely never recommend to anyone unless you feel like being completely overlooked. Horrible treatment by him and I was genuinely so shocked I had no words, but everyone else was very nice. Go to Dartmouth Hitchcock Dermatology in Lebanon if you want a dermatologist that actually listens to you because I have never heard of a dermatologist that cannot diagnose one of the most common scalp problems... after i waited months and months for answers. Well, maybe he would have seen it if he spent any time trying to actually help me instead of insisting it was anxiety, which he had no reason to believe it was anyway. We wanted our very young kids to be a little older and their bodies better prepared to handle the vaccines. For this personal choice, they kicked us out. We are not anti-vaccine, we just wanted to have a say in when our kids received the recommended vaccines. The response from Concord Pediatrics was condescending and even somewhat authoritarian, ultimately they told us we were no longer welcome at their practice.
