It repeatedly turned on around 1:00 a.m., 2:00 a.m., 3:00 a.m., and 4:00 a.m., making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I hope management will address these issues, as they would make a big difference in the overall guest experience. You can't beat the bigger room, free breakfast, free happy hour, and indoor pool/hot tub. Location is great right by the river. Very convenient to Old Town Sacramento, Downtown Sacramento, and right acroos the bridge from Sutter Health Park. Room was typical Embassy Suites Room with separate living room with pull out couch and bedroom. Room was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. Enjoyed a dip in the hot tub as well. It was indoor along with the pool. Due to timing didn't get to take advantage of the free happy hour. Enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning. Check-in was smooth and quick! I also liked the way you can just text to have your car ready when leave. They have you sign a receipt after the meal and you take it to the front desk so they can take it off your bill. No complaints at all for this vintage hotel with lots of history since 1925 as it was the tallest building at the time.

The front desk agent didn't go through any of the hotel amenities or benefits as part of the Edit. 2) Room itself is nice and shower is enormous, but no bathtub which seems like a missed opportunity. 3) Social hour (5-6pm) is fun with generous pours of local wines, beer, cocktails and mocktails. Pool is popular and they provide sunscreen, which is a nice touch. No hot tub. Also, they are quite strict that it's only for hotel guests as there is someone guarding the entrance. 4) The only on-site hotel restaurant, Revival, is 21+, which is discouraging for families. You can order takeout to your room though. 5) Fitness center is certainly on the smaller side, but has the necessities. Overall, a solid hotel that misses on a few marks for service.

Why is hotel guest at Kimpton parking at Holiday inn? They can have parking for courtyard people but maybe thinking of their paying hotel customers first? I always travel with clorox wipes BUT why do we have to spend so much money and still have to sanitize a room? Made it to breakfast with Cecilia who works the area. I briefly met her along with Madison when I first checked in. Breakfast was fresh and flavorful Checking out I was greeted by Madison who I recognized yesterday when I checked in.
