When our food was ready we were thanked and told they hope they see us again. To me a smile hello and thank you go a long way. There were a lot of options to choose from. We ordered birria tacos, a torta de pastor, a taco de pastor, tacos de fajita, and taco de tripa. The tacos were presented very nicely and came with the cilantro and onions. The yellow corn tortillas were oiled perfectly. The fajita and pastor were both seasoned well and had great flavor, but the tripa stole the show on the tacos. The tripa was crispy and flavorful and my favorite out of the 3 tacos. Next the torta de pastor was wrapped in foil and filled with lettuce, tomatoes, queso fresco, avocado, pastor, and melted cheese. The bread was toasty and the torta overall was delicious. Lastly the birria tacos. The cheese, tortillas, and birria were cooked to perfection. The cheese was melted and when you dipped it in the consume the flavors just danced on your tongue making for a flavor explosion. A few notes that all the food came with their red and green salsa. The green salsa was not spicy but had good flavor. The red salsa was spicy and also very tasty. When we mixed the two together it was incredibly delicious. I added this to each taco, torta and birria taco after the initial bites. Overall the ambiance was okay as it is just a food trailer and there is no outdoor seating. The cost of all the food was $33 so this makes it a great value. It is also cash or Zelle only. I will definitely be back to try the breakfast tacos, menudo, and chilaquiles.
