Cool spot to park your rv or trailer on Clear Lake. Even being a work in progress, the new management team has brought this place up to par. Very clean and and well groomed. Trees are trimmed back to not interfere with your vehicle yet still provide lots of shade. All sites have your basic rv hookups and they have rental cottages. Directly across the street is a large dock that extends far into the lake. By my writing of this, it should have a fresh coat of paint. Very private with seats for fishing or just relaxing and a roof to keep the sun or rain off you. Also across the street is a boat launch. There is a poor elderly lady that orders food here. I delivered to her and so did a friend of mine. There were guys blocking my car after I dropped off her food. I will never go back. The place is very run down. It only has 1 little alley and most of the trailers are very trashy. read more

This place is truly wonderful! The caretaker is fantastic and will absolutely bend over backwards to make sure everything is perfect (or as perfect as perfect can be). He works from sun-up to sundown taking care of the property and it definitely shows. The location itself is fantastic being right on the water, with its own private pier that can be used for fishing or just enjoying the sunset. Both visitors and permanent guests are super friendly, with a real feeling of family. I thought I (and my son) would always be "city folk" but now having gotten a taste of the slower pace, we can never go back. read more

Love this place. New caretaker has done some AMAZING work! All the neighbors are very friendly and the park is very secure. Can't wait to get a boat! For now, I'm fishing on their private pier watching the sunset and the fish jump:-)) read more

I stayed here years ago in my old motor home, it was nice and shady. Had lots of trees and grass. The park was kept up nicely, even though it's an old park it was nice. Now all the trees are gone, it's full of weeds, zero grass. The current manager parks his truck in the park drive way. His parking spaces look like a junk yard. This place is run down and over charges it's guest and tenants. Avoid this place at all cost. Btw one of the reviewers is a manager Cynthia F. she and her boyfriend are the managers and get their spot for free. So do not go by her review. read more

So the owner is now coming after me again after I tried to settle this with her fairly and for the benefits of the other tenants. As per contract page 1 says Occupancy and/or use of the premises as a place of residence by persons other then the above shall constitute a breach hereunder. Names and ages of all occupants shall be provided to Landlord/Management I was in the process of adding your mom in the contract at a much lower rate then contract stated. Her job offer date was extended out and she was going to have to stay a little longer. Sherry told me that I would have to add her to the lease which I was willing to do. Sherry has an attitude problem and I have tried talking to her rationally a few times to no avail. I did not violate any portion of my lease. You approved her visit according to Sherry. Sherry would not let me sign an addendum to the lease and made false accusations against my mother. First she said that my mother was "screaming and hollering", and then it was "she belittled me in front of another tenant and I will not tolerate that." That was at 11:00 am and she gave me until 12:00 pm to get her out. I can come and go anytime I choose to without permission, that is my right. I was walking my dog at about 7:50 p.m. when she confronted me and got hostile. It is all on video with audio if you actually choose to investigate what had transpired. Her saying that she tried to keep people from going and coming after dark is a farce and an illegal attempt to limit my movements. She has at no time except for the other night confronted me about going and coming after dark. I have every right to receive anyone's mail here that I choose, I am leasing this place and I have a right to federally protected mail service. Here is my take on what has happened since I have lived here. I have told Sherry and Bob through a message that I want no further contact with them and will only deal with the owner. Sherry and Bob are not the truthful people that you think they are. They told me that they were going to have the family kicked out in the first apartment because they "thought that they called the cops" on them for being too loud one night. I as a tenant have a right to not be harassed by someone that is not a manager legally. Sherry told me, and I quote "I am going to make your life a living hell until you leave. Fuck you. Fuck you motherfucker!" It is on video, investigate it now. read more

Great little community. New management has cleaned things up in a short time with a positive attitude. Available boat ramp across the street and covered fishing dock. The Boathouse Bar and Griill right up the street when you want a nice meal, entertainment or drink. You can enjoy your privacy and be part of a great little community at the same time. read more

This is NOT a quiet,quaint place. The MANAGEMENT is a sloppy drunk to say the least.There LOUD and fighting kept me up late into the night. It would be better off with new management. read more
