I requested an estimate on a new driveway and berm. A young man with an accent showed up and gave…read moreme a price that I agreed to pay. They proceeded to come out to do the work. I kept asking about the quality of the material and was told the material is great. Driveway and berm were installed a year ago. Now I am having all kinds of problems with the work. The driveway is wavy and is not consistent throughout. Edges are jagged and pieces are missing There was a small crack at the end of the driveway. The asphalt near the road is all gray and pieces of asphalt gone. The berm is pitted and has cracks in it. I had a problem where a truck caused damage to the berm, I called and asked for help and no one called me. Now I have texted them pictures and my concerns about just how long this driveway will last. I have only put a dent in the loan I took out to pay for all of this. I am now getting stonewalled again, there was no guarantee of the work. Honestly, because I am a senior citizen woman I feel I was taken advantage of.

They got here a little earlier than scheduled and ready to go. They cleaned all of the mess that was created while doing the floor and walls. Jose was our salesman and was very easy to work. I was also very satisfied with my quoted price for the job. I also wanted to mention, some paint accidentally leaked on the driveway in probably a 16-24" area. I let them know as they did not see it. They cleaned it with acetone, however if you are reading this and screaming- nooooo! You know that acetone stains the driveway and could damage it. I didn't know, and they didn't know either. Which also shows this is not a common thing to occur. I called Jose to let him know what had happened. I wasn't mad, just an accident that needed to be resolved. He put in a call and the office called me right away to follow up and then talk with Jordan (the lead). Confirmed what happened and then had someone that handles claims call me. They immediately gave 2 options to resolve the problem and took care of it! They are covering a seal coating to my driveway which will make it look nice again. Problems happen, standing by an issue and your product is what sets a company apart! I highly recommend Next Level Concrete Coatings out of Berlin, CT. !

After agreeing to complete the work and ordering windows, we were told they were too busy to complete our project. After some back and forth, they ultimately agreed to complete as planned. From the start we had issues with our order and things being delayed. While the windows and siding and out great, it was not worth the headache to get there. The project was delayed for months and when completed, our house was left a mess. We found fast food bags and coffee cups in the mulch beneath our windows, there was significant debris left inside the home, as well as pieces of wood (even though we paid for a dumpster that was sitting in our driveway!), and the windows were never cleaned. Very disappointing and would not use again.

The job was not completed that day and nothing was cleaned up. The big issues at the moment are the hatchway is not attached to the foundation. It actually sits over an inch from the foundation on one side and almost an inch on the other. The siding at the top is cut and bending over the top. Even now when I press on the metal plate water squeezes out. The hatchway is unusable now for a month. The company said there was no permit needed but in South Windsor there is a permit needed which makes me wonder how they don't know this already. There is no follow-up happening with this company. My hatchway has been covered with a small tarp for 2 months now. Earlier they said they could not seal the hatchway and will schedule that time, haven't heard again. Over three weeks ago I asked about getting it done and was told they will set up a time, no word. The initial install was December 16 ,It is now February 16 and still no word. Currently I still have an unusable hatchway sitting off the house, no sealing and bent vinyl siding where a hatchway top should sit. I made a error and missed an email about a week prior mentioning that they would like to come out and finish. We ended up getting it finished by 3-4-26 . The person that came mortared the wall and closed off the openings. He also sealed around the base and explained to me what was done. The site was cleaned up and he let me know the hatchway needs to get painted soon. It was iffy there for a while but things were finally complete and it all looks ok. No rain yet to make sure the seals are holding but they look good.
