This was my first time here as I had purchased a Groupon for a gel manicure and my nails looked great as I walked out of the salon but two days later they were chipped all over. Whenever I have gotten a gel manicure in the past, the manicure lasts 3-4 weeks with at least 2 weeks without chipping (not 2 days....). This was extremely disappointing as I had gotten them done right before heading out of town for a wedding.

I was bombarded by 3 different employees when I walked in…read more When trying to sign in for service they continued to ask why I was there instead of just letting me sign in. After signing into their system, they again asked why I was there. What's the point of having an electronic sign in system that tells them why I was there, if they are going to ask me anyway? Then when picking out the color I felt very rushed. I wanted to take my time to select the right color for me and they were pushy about what color to use. When I had selected my color, all staff had disappeared so no one was around to tell them my selection. When I was assigned a tech, the tech then asked me again what service I wanted. They aren't very organized and clearly don't communicate with each other. The tech seemed disappointed that I liked to keep my nails short and was disapproving about it. During the manicure, an employee with nothing else to do was watching videos loudly on his phone nearby. They need a separate break room where they can do that rather than being disruptive around customers. Manicure was ok, but due to the over aggressive nature of staff, I won't come back.

As soon as i left my GEL polish started to come off and is now peeling off which it shouldn't do on acrylics. I absolutely will not be coming back and these were $70. they were not worth that much, she still made me pay full price. terrible customer service

Today I went for a manicure and gel color change. It was fast and efficient. A little too fast for me but for $30, I can't complain! I love the natural color tone and the hand massage was perfect! A fill is needed because the nails have grown a bit, otherwise a fill would not be needed. For what used to costs 30 with tip for a fill now costs 50 with tip..
