Customer service was inconsistent. I was bombarded by 3 different employees when I walked in…read more When trying to sign in for service they continued to ask why I was there instead of just letting me sign in. After signing into their system, they again asked why I was there. What's the point of having an electronic sign in system that tells them why I was there, if they are going to ask me anyway? Then when picking out the color I felt very rushed. I wanted to take my time to select the right color for me and they were pushy about what color to use. When I had selected my color, all staff had disappeared so no one was around to tell them my selection. When I was assigned a tech, the tech then asked me again what service I wanted. They aren't very organized and clearly don't communicate with each other. The tech seemed disappointed that I liked to keep my nails short and was disapproving about it. During the manicure, an employee with nothing else to do was watching videos loudly on his phone nearby. They need a separate break room where they can do that rather than being disruptive around customers. Manicure was ok, but due to the over aggressive nature of staff, I won't come back.

Each person called me "my love", which is very odd, but I pressed on. Even though I made an appointment for both a pedicure and a nail fill, and I got there 15 minutes early, I still waited almost a half an hour AFTER my appointment time to be seen. The pedicure chairs do not include a foot bath, rather they brought what looked like a mop bucket with soapy water in it and set it in front of the chair. Water was tepid at best, with no jets or additional heat. The individual giving me the pedicure had nails that were 2+ inches long, so the massage was non-existent. I do not do gel on my toes and that seemed to be a huge issue. It took over 20 minutes for them to find me a color that was not gel and an additional 20 to get a top coat. The top coat was old enough that it was "stringy" and I had remnants of the clear polish all over my feet. There was a drying spray used on each of my toes, which caused the color on my toes to turn into many colors. Finishing that fiasco, I was required to get my nails soaked off before a "fill" could be done as they didn't know what product was used previously. That, in itself, is not an issue as I understand some products don't work well with others....no cost was advised for the soak off and the individual that was going to do my nails did not do the soak off, rather I was bounced between several folks - moving myself to different tables rather than them come to me - for the removal. I asked for a pink and white and was told that they could do it but really didn't want to, rather they pushed their "new product" on me. When I dared ask why two of the tips glued on were pointing to the sky, I was told that my energy was bad and that I clearly wouldn't be happy with anything they did. I ended walking out with just the tips on my nails and $70 less in my wallet for the VERY bad pedicure. This place is NOT friendly, the technicians are NOT knowledgeable (although they continued to give me their resume the whole time I was sitting at the tables getting my nails done). I would not recommend this place to anyone that has a modicum of self respect and cares about the way their fingers and toes look in public. If I could give them a negative rating I would!

Beware of toe infections and inconsistent pedicures!…read more I went to this salon for the first time last month. I walked in and was sat in a chair immediately. They then proceeded to make me wait for over an hour, even though they said 15-20 minutes for the wait-time. I spent $70 on a pedicure. It was their deluxe spa pedicure, which includes callus removal, hot stone massage, paraffin wax, etc. I also opted for gel polish, so this pedicure was $60 before the tip I left. I never mind paying for something that's worth the cost. I was very happy with the results. The massages were amazing and my toes looked great! Fast forward to 3 days ago when I went back for another pedicure. Despite how long they made me wait the first time, I wanted the same great massage and polish result so I chose to go back. The manager even recognized that I came back and thanked me, even though I had to wait the first time. I only had to wait a few minutes and picked the exact same pedicure as last time; I had a different tech though. He asked if I wanted him to help with my ingrown toenails and I agreed. I understand it's risky, but I trusted him. 3 of my toes are now purple and infected; one of them wasn't even one of the ones with the ingrown...he just clipped the cuticles too much. Also...he didn't do half the things that were done the first time that are listed on their menu and supposed to be done. He barely massaged my legs/feet and didn't do the hot stones at all. Yes, I paid just as much. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Shame on this salon for charging what they do and not delivering consistent service where someone pays for it!!! ESPECIALLY when everything that is supposed to be included is written on the service menu!
