After months of trying to get treatment down here in New Mexico for my disease the folks at Mayo…read moreClinic and Genentech made it happen. I was diagnosed with it back in April and because UNM being the only clinic specialist in it was so backed I had to out reach to Arizona and Colorado to find someone to get me the treatment I desperately needed. Luckily the Mayo Clinic immediately reached out to me and took me in right away. They have helped me every step of the way. The only drawback was having to travel back and forth to Phoenix and Scottsdale to get what I needed. Luckily this time around they made it easier for me to get it taken care of down here instead. This was my first visit to this infusion center. After seeing the Mayo Clinic's infusion center it wasn't quite what I was expecting. Being a new patient they had a nice thick stack of paperwork for me to do. The staff was friendly. I met with Dr. Rosandich prior to my infusion. He gave me a brief checkup and advised me of the risks of this medication. He also informed me I to wait at least 5 months after to get my booster covid shot should I decide to get it as with the medicine I'm on the vaccine may not be as effective. Other than my veins hiding like they usually do, it was a good experience overall. I do however wish they had the tool the Mayo Clinic used at their infusion center to find my veins. Those guys got it on the first try using that tool. These guys not so much. I have my next infusion 2 weeks from now, after that only need to do it once every six months. Hope this works!

Rude first impression! Unfortunately, I was never able to see Dr. Connell since I was asked to…read moreleave by his wife (who runs his office) I am suffering from vertigo and didn't feel well. Immediately upon entering, no greeting of hello how can I help you. I told her I had an appointment and was given paper work to fill out. I filled out the paperwork however, I did not fill out credit card information or SS#. I turned in the paperwork and the wife rudely said you need to fill this out. I asked why, and she rudely stated because it may not go through insurance. I said fine, I'm dizzy and I went back to sit down and fill out the paperwork. I gave it to her and she didn't say or do anything??? I told her she wasn't very nice and she said well, I don't like your smirk! I said, wow not a good way to make a first impression, I went to sit down. She said I think you need to leave we don't want a client like you. I told her I don't think the doctor would like to hear you talk to a brand new patient like you are. She said the doctor is my husband. Oh, that explained it! She didn't have to be nice. I rarely write reviews, however, I was very disappointed a doctor's office would treat a new patient, let alone a patient not feeling well so rudely! Very unprofessional, I don't think the doctor (her husband) would approve of such rude behavior.

He is an amazing practitioner. My teenage daughter has extreme allergies which causes debilitating chronic fatigue and NEAT therapy has greatly strengthened her. She is now able to graduate from high school because of the great work from Dr Connell. Not only is he gifted because we did go to another practitioner and the other practitioner was okay some improvement was made but the process was long and costly in contrast to Dr Connell Each visit was impressive the treatments where strong which saves time and cost. He was always looking for ways to improve treatment without trying to add cost to us. I wish him the best and if anyone has an opportunity to be he's patient it would be fantastic, take it. Best of luck and thank you Dr Connell and family.
