The cleaners were there for the next weekend there was a mixup with a renter and Mary told the cleaning people to leave and not clean the home even when I said to her, I would take care of it. We were charged the full price and no work was done. The time was supposed to be 11 it was 11:05 when she called me to say that they were leaving, she then called me a liar because she said that one side of my home with not renters but my family. It doesn't matter who's on the side every week there were different people. Prior to this weekend she let me know that she wouldn't be cleaning my house anymore because she had a change in staffing. Now in the middle of the season, I have to find a new cleaning person. There was an entire mud room that was untouched, the entire second level of the home was still filthy and the odors of the old owners was still present through the house. There was dust left in many places and untouched windows. After complaining they informed me that they are not allowed to use any powerful chemicals or use ladders. The good customer service gets them an extra star as they sent a manager out and a team for a second cleaning. They addressed problematic areas. However I do not feel it was an industrial deep cleaning adequate for the amount I paid.
