She is innovative, patient and engaging with our kids - making the dentist a fun place to be! She posts lots of useful information, tips and tricks to help parents help their kids! One example was a video in how to make brushing fun for kids ... by pretending there are animals in their mouths! I completely trust Dr. Juntgen to take care of my kids smiles!

As the son of a dentist I have found the quality of care to be top notch and I trust Dr. Juntgen to care for my kids oral health. The waiting room is clean and modern and kids are entertained through movies that play in one corner. One of the practices I really appreciate occurs at the end of each office visit. Dr. Juntgen and her staff provide a consultation that summarizes the visit and point out areas to watch and tips to help the kids keep their gums and teeth healthy. These meetings involve the kids so they can hear first-hand how to take care of themselves and see the images that reveal the health of their teeth and gums on a computer monitor.

Beautiful office. Wonderful staff!!!…read more Will always go here. Dr. Hiple is incredibly nice and the assistants plus hygienists are very comforting to their patients. Always leave with a better looking smile. I have recommended this dentist and will keep recommending, Dr. Hiple is great for the whole family.

Dr. Hiple and his staff hands down make the best dental office in Hamilton County! From the first…read moreto last person you meet, they go above and beyond. The care quality from Dr. Hiple is unsurpassed (I had an injury on vacation that led to an abscess. Dr. Hiple also was on vacation... He and Molly came in off vacation to meet me. The relief from the pain was so immediate I fell asleep in the chair and they allowed me to nap knowing I hadn't slept in days). The location, equipment and convenience is outstanding (right near the Palladium but with their own plentiful parking). There is nothing negative about this place. They see every member of my family, nearly every one of my friends, and a ton of other people who've thanked me for the recommendation. If you want a seriously nice dentist who will actually truly care about your dental health, you'll find it here. If you want staff who will really get to know you versus just making you feel guilty about flossing daily, you'll find it here (Brenda even demo'ed how I could help my autistic/sensory son to brush closer to his gum line without him freaking out). If you'd like people who care about you getting the services you need versus only caring about the bottom dollar, you'll find it here (Dr. Hiple has volunteered his services to military veterans and has a low cost Smile Club for those not lucky enough to have insurance). The office and staff are high-class but not uppity. It is everything other dentist's offices wishes it could be, and honestly should be. Eleven out of ten, hands down!

When I found Little Smiles in Cicero was the closest to our home within our new network, I took a chance and I can proudly say I love this place. The atmosphere is welcoming to kiddos of all ages (chalk in the entry for little ones to create on the sidewalk, tv with cartoons, kid friendly video games, and they even have a little castle in the waiting room) and the staff are incredibly friendly. I unfortunately had a headache while waiting for my childrens appointment to be done and the woman at the front desk immediately offered to turn off the tv for me to sit in silence. I was so thankful for her empathy! My younger kiddo does have a fear of the dentist and after expressing this, the staff made sure to accommodate my child's appointment and go at her pace. Dr. Janer was so sweet & even allowed my daughter to see her tiny dogs who are in the office as emotional support! I can honestly say, though changing dentists was stressful, I'm so happy we did because this office has been a wonderful experience. 5 stars all around!

We've been patients of Smiling Kids' Meridian Street location for about three years, and have had…read morewonderful experiences with both Dr. Singh and Dr. Bullard. The practice consists of a married couple, who split their time between this office and a location in Noblesville. The office is very nice, with lots of child-friendly options throughout. They even mount TVs from the ceiling so kids can watch their favorite cartoons during cleanings. Both Dr. Singh and Dr. Bullard are great with my son. They are parents themselves and have a wonderful ability to make kids feel comfortable. My son was particularly fearful of the dentist as a toddler, but now handles it like a champ. The dentists and hygienists take plenty of time to educate kids about good oral hygiene and even have a toy alligator and play toothbrush so little ones can practice their brushing technique. At the end of each visit, kids are treated to a token to redeem a treasure of their choice. If you arrive late, you will likely be stuck waiting for a while, but I haven't had to wait very long when I arrived on time.

unfortunately, we did not have the same experience that so many have had. We chose this facility…read morebecause of the great reviews and had 2-3 visits that were wonderful. However, when it came to my girls being scared, all of the niceties left. I work in pediatrics and understand the time it can take and that it can be frustrating at times, but that's the job. Kids are experiencing everything for the first time, and how it goes (especially in medicine) MATTERS. It is awful when a child fears me because of past experiences that didn't have to go poorly. My daughters were treated horribly at a time when they needed to know their doctors were a safe space. For a simple enamel coating, they could have brought us back to hold their hands and ease them through the process so that further medical procedures would be handled better. However, that did not happen. They were the last patients, and that extra time should have been afforded to a 6 and 7-year-old so they didn't fear the dentist. My husband was told a quick "...they wouldn't sit you can do nitrous next time." First problem, is your suggestion should not be to drug a child for a procedure that should not need it and put extra costs on the parents. Second, why did you not come get us? we were right there!!!! Now, I can't even get my daughters to go into a dental office without them sobbing and saying, "I don't want to be held down." A child should never be held down to receive care unless ABSOLUTELY necessary. Enamel coating does not fall under that necessity. A parent should have 1000% been involved to help mitigate the situation As a parent who trusted a facility to take my children for dental procedures alone, I cannot express how betrayed I feel. This has caused medical trauma and is now affecting our ability to get appropriate care for my daughters because of the lack of respect and empathy exemplified by this office. This is not solely on the doctor, but the assistants around him as well. You need to be better. Two children are struggling now at not only the dentist but other offices because of the care they received here.
