You can then accept or deny specific treatments. I have never seen this at a vet before in all my years of owning pets and I wish that was industry standard. Dr. Molly also explains all the avenues you can take for treatments and takes extra time if needed and you don't feel rushed. Animal Care Clinic also has a rewards system where it is actually possible to gain and redeem points towards your visits. Highly recommend!
