After numerous phone calls, text messages, voicemails she finally decides to return my call and tell me that they can't pick up what I put out by the road but that they will do a special pickup free of charge. After additional unanswered text messages, phone calls, voicemails my husband contacts the owner. She then states that it cannot be picked up. Now here I am less than 48 hours from moving 10 hours away and I have to haul garbage that's been out by the road over a week that's been rained on and whatever else in our family vehicle. Completely unprofessional! Had she just simply let me know a week ago I could have arranged for someone else to come and pick this up and dispose of the garbage. But instead she chose to dodge my calls text and messages. Very unhappy I guess she forgot about that $50 tip. I have screenshots of the messages. After a week the only thing that was added to the garbage pile was regular household garbage because me and my pets have been here all week.
