It's been two weeks across email, three calls, AND even a contact attempt through Yelp, but no response. I'm just looking for information and to learn more. I understand if they can't take on any more business or if they look at my home and decide they don't want to work with me. To just ignore repeated attempts at contacts seems like a ridiculous way to run a business. I see they have quite a few positive reviews, and I was hoping to add to this roster, but it seems I can't even get in touch with anyone there. For those who may be frustrated, there are other companies and options for you. It's just a shame someone would spend so much time building their business only to then have a complete lack of responsiveness to potential customers. It honestly makes no sense to me at all...

She is not only savvy and diligent but also genuinely committed to understanding her clients' needs. We bought our first home with Cindy's assistance and are SO thankful for her. When we first decided to move to Las Vegas, we were pretty unfamiliar with the city, only having limited knowledge based on online research. Cindy quickly identified the perfect neighborhood for us, which was close enough to Chinatown (where we mostly frequented) yet quiet and family friendly. She found the perfect home for us that had all our requirements, while allowing us to make our own upgrades. After a few months moving to Vegas, we realized how much we loved our area due to the convenience of being near highways, shopping, and food & Cindy was on point with the location! Although unforeseen circumstances required us to sell our home and return to our hometown, Cindy's patience and support never wavered during the selling process. We got the house sold pretty quickly and Cindy worked so hard with hosting open houses and showings. We highly recommend her as a realtor and look forward to the chance of working with her again should we return to Vegas.

She met with us one weekend and spent two days taking us to over 15 homes helping us to find our dream home. As events happened we were not able to find our house and we came back about a month later and she again took us around house searching for two days. This time we found our house!! Mei took care of everything from the inspection to the escrow to just making it an incredible experience for us. This was so helpful to us since we still lived in California and were not able to manager the purchase of a house 400 miles away. Well it is now six year later and we decided to return to California. Of course we would not think of calling anyone else except Mei. Over the years she has kept in touch with us and dropped by at Christmas to give us a pie or just to say "Hi!" My husband and I cleared out of our house on a Saturday around 10 am and Mei was there by 12 pm to assess the house and get the ball moving to set our house up for sale. She has an amazing eye for detail and is always the professional. She called gardeners, painters, roofers, electricians, carpet cleaners and more for us to prepare our house for sale. In less than 10 days our house was painted, cleaned, fixed and staged for sale. As a result of her hard work and dedication she got us offers over and above our asking price and $75K more than a house two doors down from us with the same floor plan in less than 2 days after the house went on the market. Once our house was in escrow Mei was in constant contact with us and communicated each step of the way for us. We were always in the loop even though we were 400 miles away. She effectively negotiated the best deals to get our house fixed after the inspection and personally fixed items in our house that she saw that needed to be resolved. I am certain that she never contacted us about half the stuff that she took care of for us because she did not see the need to bother us. This sale was honestly the easiest and unstressful real estate transaction we have ever had in the six real estate sales/purchases that we have done during our marriage. Mei went way above and beyond our expectations and we could not be more excited to recommend her to anyone that wants to buy or sell their home in the Las Vegas Valley. We have found a friend for life and I would not hesitate to call her if we ever decide to move back to Las Vegas.

I was amazed how quickly he was able to get both transactions completed. The condo was listed at the end of January and in a couple of days we had a firm buyer. This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. He certainly made both transactions go smoothly. We wouldn't think of working with a different agent when we're ready to buy/sell property.
