Cheap to live, cheap to get in. Most people keep to themselves. Management not very friendly which is understandable in the affordable rental industry. It seems the Park does fix their trailers. A lot of rules and they seem to be enforced. When the place is quiet it is paradise. There is an option to move to another unit for under a hundred dollars. Electric is included with the price, which now is unheard of. Cannot work on your car, which seems to be the rules at almost all places. Insurance I think. Really close to Fletcher, which is awesome. On the #1 bus line Florida Ave. There is a lease, so the rental price is locked in for a year. Management does encourage you to drive through during the day and at night, which I would encourage personally, especially on the weekends. Seriously doubt that the Park will be sold, which is why I had to leave my other two rentals.
