The woman running this location has a non-pushy and welcoming persona that exudes Zen. Prices are reasonable, and the sales astounding. I found a handmade, multi-colored shift from Tibet with gold thread woven into the fabric for $10, marked down from over $60. When you end up paying over $500 a night I would expect better service from an Outrigger Hotel. Then when I opened up the bed the sheet was covered in stains...gross. That was at 10:00 pm so I just pulled the sheet off. The next morning I called to see if I could get a late checkout. We'll be prepared to pay $25 an hour. When I checked out I mentioned it to the front desk about all of the above and she just ignored what I said. They don't even deserve 1 star.
