The second time there was a very long delay before they came back to do the actual repair. The real problem however was when I used them for plumbing issues. I had a faucet replaced. It took several visits and long delays between the visits. I learned that when I set the appointments with the company, the plumber doing the work was only learning of the appointments at the last minute. That resulted in me expecting a plumber that never showed up. Because the job did eventually get done, I used them again for the installation of a bidet at the condo owned by my daughters. Again there was a lot of scheduling and rescheduling. Appointments I had made, were only being relayed to the plumber at the last minute resulting in the appointments having to be rescheduled. Just after it was finally installed, the toilet stopped working. Again, appointments were made, not kept, rescheduled and we learned the plumber again had not been told of the appointment at all and again we had to reschedule. This had been going on for weeks. Finally, as of today, I told them I was done. Hopefully the new company I am using is better run than this place.

And since then I have contacted them four times to find out when I'm going to get my roof and I never get an answer. All emails are ignored. Phone calls either go to voicemail and are unreturned or if I get someone they dont know the answer, say they will check and get back to me. They have never gotten back to me. Really no excuse for this much dropping of the ball unless there is bad intent. I'm giving it until Friday and then I am getting the lawyers involved.

I finally reach out to them myself and ask what the outcome was and they continue to explain to me that they went there but nobody was home. Not sure where the confusion was when I explained it just about as clear as I could and then for them to not contact me 1) while on site or 2) after they left is completely unprofessional.
