I was looking for the shirt that matched a pair of swim trunks he had recently purchased. I only saw one of the shirts on the rack so asked if they had any more in the back. Grace said they'd just gotten more in and hadn't had a chance to put them out but she could check in the back for me. They had the size I'd asked for, Yay! Grace provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked into the store. Before I made the purchase, I asked if she could double check his account to make sure I was buying the right size. She pulled up his account and verified that he had actually purchased a smaller size so she got the correct size for me. During checkout, she asked if I was a Passholder or DVC member and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that annual passholders receive a 10% discount at this location.
