These people deleted my review the first time I posted. Don't be fooled by the 5-star reviews. I…read morebought a car from igotcars about a month ago. My salesperson was Carlos Herrera. He helped us get approved but left out some details. We got the car a week after signing the contract and had already a payment due the following week. This is the way they do things, fine but it was never disclosed during the sale. There is also a convenience fee to process every single type of payment made online. They don't offer any free payment options. The car was dirty and smelled so bad. I know they noticed the smell but failed to do anything about it. The gas tank was empty and one of the tires was flat. Within a few days of buying the car, I had to replace the key fob battery, and get an oil change, now the car battery is low and there is a knocking sound coming from the engine. It's a used car but they claim to do all these car inspections before selling them. Which is complete BS. I like my car but since buying it has given me a lot of issues. Then they have the audacity to ask for a 5-star review I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. There are other businesses that care about customer satisfaction.
