I had noticed some issues and discussed them with Jasmine before I left. (No issues with her) Once I got home I took pictures and sent them to the one of the owners, Liz Garza, along with my complaint, which was courteous. I went back to their business to pick up something I forgot there and went to see if she had received my message and to discuss the issues. She started raising her voice and cursing at me. I asked why she raised her voice when I hadn't done it with her. Stated that I was in "her house" and she can talk to me however she wanted. She also asked "why do men think they can walk in here and tell me how to run my business?!" I told her I would have to her husband the same thing. She also stated that I had OCD because the decals I had them put in were not straight and did not line up from one side to the other. When I first got there she explained to me how the decals were going to placed after removing the originals. It sounded like she knew what she was talking about. She said she was overwhelmed by my message and I told her I thought she'd like to know what my concerns were. She said that she didn't and that's why she has "managers". As a small business owner, I assumed she'd like to know. She said it was my mistake for assuming. She ultimately proceeded to tell me to not go back and to take my truck somewhere else if I was not satisfied.

I asked them if they repair battery-powered lawn mowers, and they told me, "YES" we do. They told me to give them a week because they had too many repairs ahead of mine, and I said fine. I called a week later to see how the repairs were going. They said no, it was not ready because the tech was out for the week. They told me to come back next week. So I did go the following week, and they said the electrical tech was still out. I went to pick up my EGO on August 28. The assistant told me the lawn mower was ready and loaded it on my truck. I was very surprised to see my mower very dirty. The mower was dusty and full of grass clippings. He said they tested the mower and it was running well with no issues. I brought it home, cleaned it, and removed the caked-up grass clippings from under the mower. You would think they had the courtesy to clean it before giving it to me. I had also asked them to sharpen the blade, but they did not. I inserted a battery to test it at home, and it was not working as it should. They don't seem to be trying to find the problem on my mower. I'm very disappointed.
