They forgot to apply the AAA discount so comped an oil change. My last visit was to replace a shield on the undercarriage. Because it was a quick fix, they didn't charge me for the labor. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the service BB provides. And while it may look like it, I've been assured that having a beard is not required to work there.

They haven't been picky about the safety inspection, either. So, if you don't want your lights checked, or brake fluid level, tires, horn, etc., this is the place for you. When I brought my pickup in, I let the guy know that it's a classic (over 24 years) and didn't require the emission test. He didn't believe me at first but eventually conceded. When he finished the paperwork, he asked for $7. I prefer to go to the office along with my credit card, so I said I would walk it in. I stood in the waiting area for someone to arrive and ring it up. He was obviously a new guy because he messed up and needed help. The helper showed him his problem and sent "the trainee" away. Now, their monitor is placed so that the customer cannot see the screen. I was told to insert my card and a receipt was printed. Fortunately, I looked at the receipt before I left. I was charged the full $25.50 rather than the $7 fee that was showing on my inspection certificate. So, we needed a manager to clean up. I kept my thoughts to myself but it seemed like he wasn't very concerned about my inconvenience. Maybe he had other problems on his mind.
