Daniel did the demo so quickly and oversaw the entire project from start to finish. David handled the plumbing and Jorge was an expert on tile. They were all a pleasure to work with. Once we made our decisions on what we wanted, they had me order and purchase the tile, vanity, grout, etc and they handled picking up the big items from Floor & Decor when they were ready. The team really understands "happy wife, happy life" and did everything we asked. I decided I wanted a little foot hold niche for shaving, no problem. I ordered one on Amazon and when it was time to install, they asked me where I wanted it. Totally focused on expert craftsmanship, giving the customer what they want and not taking shortcuts, but doing it right the first time at a fair and reasonable price. Where to begin? Finding a contractor to work on your home can be a scary process. Are they insured?…read moreWill they complete the job? Are they trying to overcharge you? You could take your chances with a random Google listing, or you could call Buford General Contractors and get real professionals. Our job was a complex one. Our house is 40 years old and was suffering considerable wood rot on the deck that had spread into the side of the house. This caused not only a rickety, rotting deck, but water leaks in the house where the wood had rotted through. Not good! What started as a simple deck resurfacing turned into a complex job involving rebuilding the deck stairs, ripping out the old rotten wooden deck surface, replacing it with more durable surfacing that was resistant to rot, and this is the most hairy part.....finding the source of those water leaks and stopping them. One great thing about Buford is that they have great relationships with local subcontractors. If something is not their specialty, they have a Rolodex of numbers they can call for vetted, quality contractors to assist. This job required many specialties, and they coordinated with specialists to give us a great job done the first time. When big storms came after the job and there was still some leaking, they had a man onsite that day who quickly identified the source of an additional leak coming from rotted trim boards above the deck. This was very good and totally not their fault, as the trim boards above the deck were not part of the deck resurfacing, stair rebuilding and wood rot remediation of the deck itself. The price for this additional work was more than fair and it was done quickly and professionally. Seriously, if you live around Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville or HEB, call them. They were always prompt, professional and reasonable. Not too expensive and not too cheap. You get what you pay for, after all.

Professional service from TJ right down through his workers. TJ made sure he had a thorough understanding of what we wanted, was very knowledgeable and was easy to work with on anything unexpected that came up. The work area was kept clean, and the guys were in and out as expected. The price was entirely reasonable, and the quote was adhered to. When the project was finished, TJ came and did a walk-through and asked me if there was anything I felt needed to be addressed before they were done. I had a few little things, and they were taken care of right away. In other words, they weren't done until we were fully satisfied, and they stood behind that. I have a lot of respect for companies that do this. Cons: only one and not that bad - communication around the beginning and the end of the project was a little difficult. The end of the project fell around the holidays, so I'll take that into consideration. Throughout the project all was fine. I would highly recommend using Tundra Construction.

I signed under duress as ne promised to make things right and shook my hand. I fell for the "I already paid the subcontractors" I trusted him to be man of his word. Nope Then there is a Jeremy Darling saying that I insult them. Since when has a fair evaluation ever been insulting? 98% is excellent so if you want to risk 2% to be questionable aesthetically, structurally and "is this even legal" they'll probably be ok In my case that 2% is a big deal. They are extremely high priced. So with the price tag comes the expectation of awesome high end results. Not my experience.
