I decided that in 2025 I will be growing my gray hair out, gracefully :) The owner, Keisha, listened to my questions and let me try on different wigs until I found one that was a perfect fit for me. The pricing and overall experience didn't feel consistent or customer-friendly. Looks like a dump site. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

It's like a dollar store on steroids - you walk in for a cheap phone charger and leave with a cart full of stuff you didn't know you needed. Who knew I needed a glitter lava lamp and a set of neon-colored socks? I especially loved their snacks and candy sections. Tons of gummies and throwback candy I ate all the time as a kid. The cashier completing checkouts started at the PIN pad when prompted to enter my PIN - no attempt was made to turn her head. Nor did she make any attempt to MOVE so I could easily pay with my card. I had to reach around her. Unrelated - there will NEVER be a situation where I pay for a plastic bag that will inevitably tear before I get to the parking lot. Ultimately, the store has great value & selection, but their employees need to be better about respecting personal space.
