I came to town looking at a new Harley and had been thinking of grabbing a cargo trailer as well to haul it home. Caleb not only told me they could set it up with tie downs, but showed me the value of what I was getting for my money. He showed me different sizes and colors and answered all my questions. I also noticed they had PJ Truck beds which I may be needing one or two in the future. Really glad I stopped in here while waiting on the Harley dealership about my bike. Great selection, Great Price, and great customer service!

He gave them the list. The guy gave it to the warehouse guy and he was gone for 30 mins. Comes back and not one part was right. They get him straight and the warehouse guy is gone for another 30 mins. Another customer came in so hubs had to stand there and wait on them to finish with this guy instead of checking my husband out who has been there for an hour and ten mins at this point. So an hour and twenty mins is what he was there for total and was the only customer for over an hour! That is ridiculous! Utter nonsense!! Big Tex fix your issues! This is why people go out of town for parts!

I crossed a railroad track in McCamey and busted a leaf spring in the middle of a flash flood. My wife contacted Jerry and gave him demensions of the spring on my old travel trailer as I removed the broken one and got ready to head back to Odessa. Jerry's diligence is a direct reflection of Premier customer service. He didn't give up on finding the right parts to get me going again.
