Two other reputable ride services were also not available - Lyft won't carry teens without parents and HopSkipDrive does not allow for late reservations. She could have driven herself, but I was not ready for her to do this yet. LOL! I looked on Yelp and found Dave. Not only did he drive her from Huntington Beach to LA with less than two hours notice, he was so nice about it. He kept me informed and my daughter said he was very friendly and professional. It cost more than rideshare options, but it was so worth it! I highly recommend Dave and would trust him with my kiddo again! We will definitely be back.

I had To go to LAX yesterday immediately when there were no Ubers to be found, and these people took full advantage of it. The site says the fare is $110. I was told $195. That's not even the most obnoxious part! When we arrived at LAX, the driver had the nerve to say to me: the tip is $30. He gave himself his own tip. Beyond ridiculous. I didn't waste my breath to tell him what I thought about him because I was exhausted. He was also getting on my nerves with all of his comments. The car was also very old and they couldn't find us at first because the booking person didn't even listen to me when I told him where I was. He only cared about getting my credit card info. Happy Taxi was a big disappointment, and people should be mindful of the fact that Happy Taxi does NOT take credit/debit card as payment. They ONLY deal with cash payments. Do not be fooled. The dispatch operator or drivers may tell you they take credit/debit card, but upon arrival to your destination they will demand cash payment only, and tell you that their credit card machine is broken. - Trust me, I have used their service before so I know first hand. But after this nightmare, I will Not be using them ever again.

A really nice Metrolink Station that sits right in front of the beach, the San Clemente Pier, and…read morethe Beach Trail - all are within walking distance right from this station. This station is very clean and is convenient to travel through if you're heading to and from Orange County (O.C.) stations on the Metrolink, though you may have to transfer depending where you want to go. There are TWO different O.C. lines, so check their website to locate the proper route! Metrolink runs through here only on the weekends. Amtrak also stops here, so check their schedule on their website. This station is also very close by to the San Clemente Trolley and some pretty cool eatery and coffee shop right across the street. Be careful walking across the tracks to get to the beach side and follow all track signals and signs.

Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. John repeatedly cut us off while talking, multiple times, to continue discussing details about other clients of the company. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John was casually disrespectful by interrupting our private conversation as well only to discuss what was interesting to him, and even when we responded, he ignored us and continued talking in a manner than seemed only to amuse himself. A quiet and professional drive is what we had hoped for. John's insistence about revealing other clients' identities among other details, along with being very casual to interrupt our private discussions with random thoughts that would come into his head made us feel differently about In Style. We asked for a supervisor to call us to discuss our ride, but we were never contacted. Steven our driver back from the airport, on the other hand, was very professional and courteous.
