She could have driven herself, but I was not ready for her to do this yet. LOL! I looked on Yelp and found Dave. Not only did he drive her from Huntington Beach to LA with less than two hours notice, he was so nice about it. He kept me informed and my daughter said he was very friendly and professional. It cost more than rideshare options, but it was so worth it! I highly recommend Dave and would trust him with my kiddo again! We will definitely be back.

I just don't get it? The reservation was made in advance, and numerous calls were made to ensure efficiency, yet inefficiency is what I got with NO apologies made from the taxi operator! Ridiculous! I immediately downloaded the app Lyft... and I kid you not - after requesting a driver through Lyft, paying through Paypal, and putting in my destination info -- JUST 5 minutes later a driver showed up! Wow!!! Why didn't I just go through Lyft to begin with?!?!? Yelpers, save yourself the headache of depending on an unreliable taxi company like Happy Taxi or Savetag Taxi, and just use the app Lyft! The dispatch operator or drivers may tell you they take credit/debit card, but upon arrival to your destination they will demand cash payment only, and tell you that their credit card machine is broken. - Trust me, I have used their service before so I know first hand. This station is very clean and is convenient to travel through if you're heading to and from Orange County (O.C.) stations on the Metrolink, though you may have to transfer depending where you want to go. There are TWO different O.C. lines, so check their website to locate the proper route! Metrolink runs through here only on the weekends. Amtrak also stops here, so check their schedule on their website. This station is also very close by to the San Clemente Trolley and some pretty cool eatery and coffee shop right across the street. Be careful walking across the tracks to get to the beach side and follow all track signals and signs.

Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. John repeatedly cut us off while talking, multiple times, to continue discussing details about other clients of the company. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John was casually disrespectful by interrupting our private conversation as well only to discuss what was interesting to him, and even when we responded, he ignored us and continued talking in a manner than seemed only to amuse himself. A quiet and professional drive is what we had hoped for. John's insistence about revealing other clients' identities among other details, along with being very casual to interrupt our private discussions with random thoughts that would come into his head made us feel differently about In Style. We asked for a supervisor to call us to discuss our ride, but we were never contacted. Steven our driver back from the airport, on the other hand, was very professional and courteous.
