Scott was amazing at every single step in the process of selling my house in San Angelo. I had had…read morea bad experience with the Realtor when I originally bought the house, and really didn't expect a whole lot. Scott exceeded my expectations at every step of the way. He even helped me find out some things that my property manager was keeping from me. He was always super responsive to text, e-mail, phone call, which I always appreciated. He was extremely patient with me with my rookie home seller questions. And his tenacity absolutely sold me. He absolutely worked for me at selling my house. Two days on the market and I got an offer, full asking price. Living out of state and trying to sell this house with my husband deployed was daunting enough. Throw in a hostile property manager and you have a recipe for disaster. Scott made the whole process (minus the property manager, which he had no control over) super smooth and as stress-free as I think it could possibly be. I would recommend Scott to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. He is a superstar among realtors.

Scott helped me and my husband, who are military, find a home here in San Angelo. We were moving to…read morethe area from Florida and I had just less than 24 hours in town to look at homes, neighborhoods and the city as a whole. Scott met my friend and I at his office and started showing us homes straight away. He also included a pretty good tour of the city as we drove around looking at homes and pointed out several highlights. He even treated us to breakfast the next morning! He was so patient to answer all our questions, we were first-time home buyers, and since we had to do the whole transaction from Florida - he was great to keep the lines of communication open and make sure we got all the documentation we needed. He even helped get the water turned on for us when we couldn't be here! Another bonus if you're military - he is an authorized real estate agent through USAA's Home Relocation program so you can get a rebate simply by using him! Scott is friendly, courteous, prompt and practically a scholar historian on the city of San Angelo. We enjoyed working with him to buy our first home!

I have never in my life shared my living space with a roach ever and I was not going to start. I called to let the park know and they seemed unconcerned...their response was "we never heard of that before" well I'm telling you, they have a roach problem somewhere. We left, I can not live in that kind of environment. I again suggest to the owner they call a company to spray. The spot we were at were full of glass, they do not clean there is litter throughout the park on the ground. They do not enforce their own rules, dogs left outside in chains, barking, tarps covering RVs, no one picks up after their animals. This park did not meet my standards at all. I have never left a park earlier than we reserved until we stayed here.
