Dr. Sharobeem was professional and thorough. He ended up referring me to the Kidney transplant team.

I was fortunate for many years to have one of the legendary (and I do mean legendary) oncologists…read moreout there as my primary care physician (PCP). He selected Dr. Karimi as his wife's PCP, which already says something special about her; and when he retired, he recommended to the patients that saw him as his PCP that they strongly consider her as his replacement. She, like he, apparently liked to take a handful of patients on as a primary care physician in addition to the ones she saw for her specialty, Nephrology. He thought she was an extraordinary diagnostician, probably the most important skill one should look for in a PCP, and from my experience over the last decade she is every bit his equal. That plus her warmth and caring, and her ability to identify and connect me with the top specialists when I needed it sets her, at least in my experience, in a category by herself. My wife, whose standards are as high as mine, feels exactly the same way. A few of the other reviews complained about the staff and the office, and that is probably an inevitable result of the way modern medicine seems to be practiced these days, I suspect out of financial necessity. Dr. Karimi spent an inordinate amount of time with me, both curious and thorough as to where I go from here - which is to see a NEW urologist today. With Karimi's level of warmth, humor and knowledge that she was willing to share - she will be my new Internist, her other specialty. Bye-bye Motion Picture Health Clinics... time for a real pro in my orbit. Thank you, Dr. Karimi! And yes, by the way I found her staff, particularly Brittany in the office also going above and beyond! Brava, ladies!
