The Kettle bell classes they offer are by far the best investment I have ever made. You will get in fantastic shape. It is a tough, grueling workout that will push you to the max but you will get results. It has helped me tone up and put on muscle unlike anything I have ever done. Beyond that, Joe (the owner and instructor) is one of the nicest, friendliest and most dedicated professionals I have ever dealt with in the fitness world. He really cares about seeing you succeed and always provides valuable coaching and assistance to anyone that asks. He maintains and runs a well-equipped, clean and safe facility Everyone that takes the classes is friendly and supportive. No muscle head jersey shore types who try and put you down here.
